First time having a sound bar

The subwoofer on the first one I bought stopped working. Called up Bestbuy and they had a replacement in stock at the store close by. Swapped it out without a problem. Current system is working fine.

Decent sound bar but sound cuts out

Overall I like the sound system but the sound cuts out from time to time. I've spoken with customer service but nothing has helped so far. I've been told it's not the sound bar but so far the sound keeps skipping out.

The sound is OK, but there are other problems.

We thought there was a problem with the controller so took it back.Checked out OK but you have to stand within 5 feet of the bar to control the system. I will be taking the actual bar back to get checked. If that's not the problem then the whole system goes back.
