Had purchased a Sony 55" Smart TV. Had it mounted on the wall. Sound wasn't really as I'd liked it to be, Therefore, purchased a Sony Sound bar. Now sound is wonderful.

Purchased this item after visiting the store. It had 3 HDMI connections to allow me to connect my blueray, cable box, tivo.... The sound of the system is very good at this price point and has exceeded my expectations.

The sound is very good. Set up was fairly easy although I had several false starts and needed extra cables. I also had to spend some time learning about Bluetooth compatible devices.

This is my second Sony sound bar. I bought the larger 780 sound bar for my upstairs TV and this 380 for the downstairs TV. Both are easy to set up and worked immediately. I have been very pleased with the sound.

For someone looking to get some great sound out of their TVs or pair their devices via Blue Tooth, this sound bar does the trick. Wish it had the capability to go just a bit louder, but that's my own preference.

I am very satisfied with this unit. It was easy to install on my 55 inch Sony flat screen. The sound quality is very good.

Good enough sound for price. I don't like that it goes into standby mode after no sound for 15?minutes and has to be manually turned on again. I can't find a way to turn this off.

Great sound... Clear and undistorted at high volume. The wireless bass is great... In a larger room it might be less than you want however... (sound/volume). I have mine in a small room and it's perfect...

Very easy directions to follow. Plug and play type of installation. Sound and performance is great for the price. All the additional wires are provided except for HDMI cord but didn't need for installation.

It took very little time to get this soundbar up and running. The Bluetooth subwoofer is full of bass and awesome that it is wireless. Just mounted on the wall the other day. Mounting was very simple.

Quick and easy set up. Good sound and good woofer. Only issue would be it doesn't get very loud. Might want to consider a more expensive model if you have a big room.

I needed this one as it has 3 HDMI ports & was the only way for a soundbar to work with my TV, Roku, & Blueray. The separate subwoofer adds great bass. Overall I am very pleased with this product!

Muti HDMI ports on the surface mean that this is the sound bar to get with nice sound. Not always compatible, however, with every TV, so it does limit your capabilities.

Had good sound up and running in just a few minutes. I have a small living room and wasn't necessarily looking for anything too expensive. Great value for the price!

This product fits our needs. Easy to set up for couple with out much tech knowledge. We were replacing old surround system

Love the sound quality of the soundbar. Wish it was a lot easier to set up. If it didn't take 2 hours to synchronize to all my devices would be a guaranteed 5 stars.

I am always thrilled with buying Sony products, and this item was no let down. I had done some previous research, and was easily convinced to buy this Sony soundbar at the price it was being offered. I also live in a condo not much bigger than 800 sq feet, so the sound travels nicely, is loud and clear, which were exactly my requirements for the purchase. It is also simple to connect to other Bluetooth devices. Overall, very happy with the purchase!

This soundbar works fantastic. Very satisfied with the quality for the price. Sounds great and the wireless subwoofer makes for a clean setup.

The Sony sound bar has improved our entertainment experience. We can now hear all of the sound. It was a very simple setup, and I would recommend this product.

This replaced a small sound system with a wired sub-woofer, to a sleek sound bar with a bluetooth wireless that we can all use our iPhones with to play music. Very easy for my kids to use.
