Does not work with Bluetooth

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am able to start audio playback via Bluetooth and it sounds great until my phone goes into low power mode or if I close the app to go to another app. It’s not my phone as I have several options for Bluetooth and it doesn’t do that with ANY other device. And the user manual doesn’t address that so I have to spend literally hours trying to fix this problem. It’s an audio system that should not be this harrowing thing to set up. I n s to return and get a Samsung. Sony has been a disappointment for decades. Shame on me for choosing this manufacturer.

Soundbar rattles from back plastic.

Now the side plastic on left side of sound bar rattles pretty badly. I do have geek squid protection. What should I do?
