A good alternative to using a credit card online for the PlayStation Store. From my experience, if you have positive credit remaining in your PlayStation Network Account, it can also be used to pay for a PlayStation Vue subscription.

You can buy these online and recieve a code or in store. However, buying them in store is a good way to avoid the headaches of online accounts, credit card storage, etc...most purchases from from the PS store are around $10-20 so this is just the right amount.

I typically buy PS cards so the money won't come out of my account, and, instead, I can handle cash personally. Easy to use, manages bank easier with cash paid in store rather than PS account increases to PS WALLET by bank.

Don't like credit cards or to use your bank account card, than get a Playstation store card money. Easy to apply to the PSN store, use it on what you want. I get the cards for digital pre orders.

This is my preferred way to add funds to my playstation wallet. While you will have money left over, this avoids have to upload an active credit card to the network and keep your information secure with a minimum amount of vendors.
