It's just so much easier to load up currency cards onto your PSN, and if you're a GCU Member you get points for purchasing them, earning you coupons to discount future currency cards.

Well if you are like me and don’t like attaching a credit card to your PSN account, this is the way to go. I buy theses regularly and have never had an issue

Yeah you can just buy stuff off the PlayStation store with a credit card but I always buy PSN store cards from bestbuy to get bestbuy points & not have to put my credit card on my console!
