The way the monitor is designed makes it very difficult to hook up your devices to use. I currently run a Mac mini and a PS5 on it but recently I think my HdMI 1 port went out which is a major bummer.

They might’ve gotten a faulty one but mine is working well. Mine doesn’t flicker or get into pitch black when switching to my pc. HDR is on point. As for the versa mount. It does fit but lay your monitor down and then install the mount. Should have no problem from there

When switching content formats or HDMI ports for HDCP hand shake will cause the screen to quickly do this because the monitor is adjusting for the higher bandwidth signal. Mostly this is seen when going from an SDR signal to HDR signal. This is normal.

Awesome Monitor

I connect it to my PC via the Display Port and to my PS5 via the HDMI 2.1 port. When I turn on my PS5 it automatically changes to the HDMI input and changes back to my PC when I turn my PS5 off. The picture is amazing and the auto HDR is really cool too.

For optimum performance, make sure that the software version of the monitor is up-to-date. The screen may flicker depending on the game and graphics mode used (particularly fidelity mode). You can perform these troubleshooting steps:
1. If there are multiple graphics modes in a game, select a different mode.
2. Alternatively, you can turn off Enable 120 Hz Output in the PS5 console’s system settings by going to Settings → Screen and Video → Enable 120 Hz Output → Off.
3. If the issue still occurs, turn off VRR on PS5 by going to Settings → Screen and Video → VRR → Off.

Amazing monitor but..

Changed multiple HDMI cords, updated it, called support, & nothing. Also no room for customization for settings. Amazing picture quality & a 9/10 monitor, but a 4/10 for the constant issues. Not the only person who says this

Great monitor

There is some back light bloom when set to local dimming high but not so noticeable to me unless I looking for it. There is a issue where it takes a while to find a signal make sure you use a good display port 1.4 cable and update firmware. Overall its the best I can get for under 1000 bucks. Great performance and picture hdr is okay for me.

To reduce the blooming or halo effect, set the Local dimming to Low or Off. Note: The setting may cause the whole screen to look washed out.
For optimum performance, make sure that the software version of the monitor is up-to-date and use a High Speed HDMI cable or the latest version of a display port cable. Sometimes cables are the easiest cause for concern and fix most issues. Check that the cable you are using is properly connected and secured.
If you have multiple devices connected to the monitor, you can disable the auto input search to manually select a specific input. For more information, please refer to this link:

Colors are awesome and so is gameplay. If you buy it for pc or ps5 preferably i recommend changing 4k transfer rate to -2, for some odd reason if you dont it causes the screen to keep searching for display output. Aside of that i highly recommend buying!
