Love Sony but this was a terrible mistake

I got this and it had TRASH speakers. Granted, monitors don't usually have speakers, but this had garbage ones. No problem. I bought speakers and they sounded bad when I plugged them into the monitor. I tried the AUX port AND the USB using AUX to USB, both didn't work or sounded awful. So unless you plug into your controller, you're not getting good sound from this thing. Wasn't for me because I wanted to plug in my PS5, my Google TV, and a computer so I couldn't just use the PS5 for sound. Just too many issues for a thousand dollar monitor

Sony values the opinions of customers and is always striving to provide the best experience possible. With that said, we'd love to help you troubleshoot your problem and turn your experience around.
If there is a black screen, no picture, or intermittent picture when using your INZONE Gaming Monitor, try the following troubleshooting steps:
Use only high-speed cabling when connecting your devices
USB Type C™ - Use Thunderbolt 4 (40 Gbps) cable.
HDMI® - Use Certified Ultra High-Speed (48 Gbps) cable.
If the DisplayPort (DP) setting is version 1.4, change it to 1.2
Use the Joystick on the rear of the monitor to navigate to Settings → DP version number → 1.2.
Make sure the ECO mode is disabled
Use the Joystick on the rear of the monitor to navigate to Settings → ECO mode → OFF.
AC power cycle the monitor
Power off the monitor.
Unplug the AC cord.
Wait one minute and then reconnect the AC cord.
Power on the monitor.
