Inzone app has issues

Avoid at all Costs (1+ Year Ownership)
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this monitor back in July 2022 right after launch. The monitor worked flawlessly for me for about a year and a half before it started having an issue where the entire monitor would shut off for about 10 seconds before turning back on. This would happen at random intervals and would interrupt a video I was watching or game I was playing. After a few weeks, the frequency increased to the point where the monitor was shutting off almost every 30 seconds, making it essentially unusable. I contacted Sony Support, whose only advice was to power cycle the monitor, which didn't work. A factory reset also didn't fix the issue. They then advised me to take the monitor to a "Sony authorized technician", none of which I live in close proximity to. The warranty expired about 6 months before the issue began happening so I can't do anything about it and Sony can't help me either. If you want a decent monitor that will break on you in a year and a half, this is a great option. I won't be buying monitors from Sony going forward.

CAUTION DO NOT PURCHASE

It did NOT turn on I have tried Sonys “solutions” they have posted online and nothing works. Keep in mind that since the day I bought it the monitor has not MOVED from the spot it was placed. Save your money and go with ASUS if you are going to purchase a $800 monitor. Youre welcome!
