Posted .Hi Steve, thank you for purchasing our product. We're sorry to hear that this unit did not work well with your setup. Set the automatic sound field correction of the AV receiver again. Check the surround setting on the AV receiver. Make sure that the AV receiver is Dolby ATMOS compatible.
