I have always had good experiences with Sony in terms of user interface and remote design. This TV definitely reaffirms that. Remote works at different angles and minimal lag. (unlike the other "S" TVs that I've owned over the years. The interface is intuitive and easy to understand.

The screen is completely cracked from shipment. Called Best Buy for a repair/ replacement and they say they couldn't because I didn't have the right plan for the damage. Best Buy, you only had two options listed. A two year protection plan and a five year one. None of which had an option for the Accidental Damage Handling. I am really upset about this. Please tell me my options for dealing with this disaster.
