Since it was after the 14 days purchase Best Buy told me they would look at it for a $35 fee and if they found it was defective then they would try and fix it and bill Sony. I've been on the phone with Sony and everyone I've spoken to has said I would get called back which hasn't happened. Do not buy this product.
