We decided to replace our older flat screen TV with a larger screen format and chose the Sony Bravia 40" TV. The WiFi feature and the clearer image were considerations in our choice. and we're pleased with the Bravia's performance.

Got this for my bedroom. It's a perfect size. Have had Bravia in past and loved it as well.

The TV is light and has an excellent picture. Powers on and displays video very quickly.

For the price, size, gameplay, this is a good deal.

Does everything I expected and so much more. The embedded Netflix button is really great!

I was looking for a new HD TV that was at once basic but of high quality. Having done some preliminary research, I was able t have a reasonably good idea of what I wanted before heading to Best Buy. There, I was able to compare the Sony with other makes and models before deciding on it.

I bought this tv to use with a tv antenna that would not be attached to a cable subscription. Also wanted another tv to be able to tape programs using my old VCR or DVD recorder. TV works great with the tv antenna I bought .

I went into the store to buy a visio or a samsung and walked out with thist. This has a really good picture and the price isn't that bad.

I always liked Sony Bravia you can not go wrong picking this, you will get main features of a tv going beyond your expectations, i mean picture quality, Sound Quality are awesome, Streaming capability with your PC just with a right click and play on your TV is awesome. Surfing through the APPs is a bit slow though. But Anything beside that is awesome, ports you get the exact amount to work great with almost all your devices, regular RGB port is not there anymore but let's face it who does not have hdmi in it's laptop or PC these days.

My first Sony product purchased. High quality merchandise, love all the features, great picture love the clarity of the picture.This TV is very stream line. Easy hookups with additional accessories / components.

Got this for mom to replace her 26 year old console tv. It's done a great job in that role. I wouldn't rely on the built in speakers for sound, the sound quality is lacking, but that's expected. As for it being a smart TV... it's buggy. The web browser at times has good response and at others it just hangs and has to be exited and restarted. Enough times that you would consider it to be a pain to use.

Made me wanting or expecting more. But for the price not a bad HD TV for the money

Easy to set up; easy to connect to wifi network. Great picture/resolution. Great selection of apps. Very satisfied, and looking forward to several years of quality TV.

Love my new tv. Made my decision based on answers I got from techs at BB. No pressure just honest information. They were very helpful. Had the geek squad deliver and setup. Geek squad made sure I learned all the benefits of my new purchase as well as how to use my tv-remote.

Needed tv for spare room for vistor's good picture

The quality of the picture is oustanding, especially when tuned to a digital station.
