The Samsung we bought had a standby light you couldn't turn off, which was a deal breaker for the bedroom. We then tried a Vizio but the colors, black levels, and picture quality were never satisfying. Surely something modern looked as good as our old LG? Finally stumbled upon the Sony online, on clearance. Purchased one, calibrated it, and it is as good or better picture quality than what we were used to. Very happy with our purchase!
