great TV for my ps4 I really like this TV it is good

I love everything about this TV except it's 60 MHz, would be better if it was 120. Even the sound is better than I expected. EZ set up.

We have not opened our TV yet as we are in the process of moving. The salesman at the store opened for us and made sure it was ok and working properly. That was not necessary for him to do but we greatly appreciated it.

TV has great picture. However, my issue is when I had questions concerning how to hook up the TV and I called the Geek Squad number, every question I asked, I was told there must be something wrong with the TV so just bring it back. So then I called Sony and they were able to walk me through the process and the TV was fine. Therefore, I am frustrated that after I make the purchase, I don't get quality assistance with the Geek Squad. Please keep in mind that I purchased 2 TV's and I did take back the 4k TV because the Geek Squad didn't want to assist me to hook it up, they told me it must be the TV. So I returned the 4K, but now I know it was the assistance I received that was ineffective.

Typical Sony picture and excellence in the tech area. Easy to set up and use. Lots of features I didn't even know existed.

Sluggish responsiveness. Very slow to "boot". When first turn the TV on have to wait a full minute or two (not exaggerating) to change channels. If push a button it gives message "Powering on". Scrolling through menus & screens with arrow keys is not always intuitive & requires scrolling through entire rows/columns to get to "done". So disappointing to realize that the problem is sloppy programming. Users want to get directly to what they want without tons of clicking or going into & out of various apps. This software is not yet a seamless, transparent interface.

Great picture and sound for small dorm room. Smart TV makes surfing web easy and fun. NetFlix a must for late night study session.

The picture and Smart features are pretty nice for the price. If you are mounting on a wall be aware of the thickness, built like an older tv, not very thin at all. Good for the kids playroom.

Bought this product for use in Southern Africa. Was advised by Best Buy attendant to buy this since it very global. Performed wonderfully well. Love it indeed

I also purchased a sound bar, which I was told would be able to work with cable remote/and or TV remote. So far cant figure out how to syncTV-cable- sound bar, have 3 separate remotes,would like to resolve that.

Easy to use, set up, and program. No blur even point a flash light to it. Love it, it's the best deal for the price.

The sound,and picture is great. The size works well in the room it is in. Sony makes a great product. Enjoying the smart tv.
