The sony is a nice tv. BUT HAS SOME ISSUE'S

Sony freezes a lot sort of a nuisance at times. Started to return but due to whether missed the 14 day policy

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I first got it the box to it was damaged but i was thinking that the tv is protected by thick Styrofoam and the sales associate assured me that the tv wasnt damaged just the box was. But he lied. So i took the tv back within the 15 day period n told them i dont want a refund i just want a new tv n they gave it to me with no hesitation. They also checked the tv in front of me so i knew that the tv wasnt damaged. Keep up the good work bestbuy!!!
