Great quality TV. There's delay in its functionality while switching and opening applications. Fits nicely in my bedroom. Some options are useless since they require you to have a Sony mobile device and I have an iPhone. It would be nice if they weren't technologically biased and allowed connection to other devices for access to all of their features.

The picture quality of this TV is fantastic and is the main reason I kept it instead of returning it. However, the smart TV functionality leaves a bit to be desired. There is a limited amount of Apps on this TV and you can't add them like you can on your phone. Also, you're supposed to be able to access the TV from your phone and even though I downloaded everything on my phone to do this, the TV keeps giving an error message. I wanted to use HBO GO on this TV and the APP is not available even though I specifically told the salesperson that's what I wanted. You are essentially paying an extra $100+ for the smart TV functionality which is not worth it, so if I had it to do again, I would buy a Sony TV without the smart TV functionality.

Pros: TV pciture quality is excellent, Sound is good, Plays Youtube perfectly without a streaming box as it is gaming model. Cons: Bulky compared to other models, Take a lot of time to load Smart Apps, Remote does not have a backlight. Search is not intuitive, Apps are limited. Still not a bad TV to use.

This is our first large flat screen TV and we were impressed by the picture and sound quality over our old "box" TV of 12 years. However, setting up the TV was not so easy. The instructions were not difficult, but for non-tech people we felt some of the details were missing. It took 2 to 3 hours of frustration to get the TV and cable working together. Since then, the sound will often go out for no reason and we have to go back to the programming instructions to get it back.

Hemmed and hawed in the store deliberating on this Sony or a similar sized Samsung with more features, but less money. Glad I made this choice for the Sony. It syncs up with my Sony soundbar perfectly. However, i'm not a fan of where all the connections are in the back of the unit, as the mounting bracket blocks most of the extra HDMI ports in the back. But it is such a light TV, taking if off the mounting arm shouldn't be an issue. Yeah, right, that's why i'm giving it 3 of 5 stars. With a better design to accommodate the mounting bracket it would get 5 of 5. Way to think ahead there designers!

This Sony TV is a great option for someone with an existing sound system, but the stand alone sound is comparably poor. Sounds very "echoy" and is hard to hear speech. The brightness and picture quality are great.

Very happy with this tv. The color is great and it's easy to use.

Sluggish responsiveness. Very slow to "boot". When first turn the TV on have to wait a full minute or two (not exaggerating) to change channels. If push a button it gives message "Powering on". Scrolling through menus & screens with arrow keys is not always intuitive & requires scrolling through entire rows/columns to get to "done". So disappointing to realize that the problem is sloppy programming. Users want to get directly to what they want without tons of clicking or going into & out of various apps. This software is not yet a seamless, transparent interface.

This is my second Sony Bravia and this one is not nearly as good as the last one, picture is good but the amount is awful, tinny and hollow.

Bought this as open box. No remote was in the box. Called the store to see if I could come in and get one. They said I had to bring the whole box and tv back to do it. Once I got there, they asked why I didn't just call ahead so I didn't have to bring the TV in. Just returned it since they didn't seem interested in beting helpful that day.

In looking at internet specs the TV was advertised as having a 'PC' connector to use the TV as a PC monitor. The sales person double checked this and confirmed that the TV has that type of connection. When I opened the box and looked for the connector port, it was not there. I kept he TV. It is okay as a TV, but do not appreciate being misled!

great tv overall. I don't have cable and just use internet streaming services. I get problems with internet connections a few times a week. It gets frustrating to spend 15 mins just to get everything back up and running just to watch a half hour show. That can be from any tv but I never have this many problems running services off the PS3.

Very happy with my new tv, purchased an open box item and it works great! Also purchased the geeksquad protection for a peace of mind, well worth it.

So far I have not been fan of the Sony customer service experience. It is almost impossible to find a phone number so that you can call Sony to get help with my TV or the Playstation Now installed that was supposed to include certain online channels it does not. A month after purchase I am still trying to figure this out and have not been able to get help.

This is a smart EV I did not originally go in looking for this is a Smart TV this was an open box section it works fine for just watching TV movies and playing some video games the only problem with it and the reason it does not get five stars is because it does not connect to the Wi-Fi in my house maybe user error maybe not all in all I'm pleased with the product

Sony picture quality is really good, but OS is the really antique & needs to be redone.

I had a older bravia tv that I used all the time and had no problem with channels I got with an open air antenna this smart tv also a bravia by Sony can not get only half the channels that I did before so a more pricey tv set with cheaper parts New is not always better.

I needed a TV ASAP for work so I purchased this one. I would have preferred Samsung but they honestly were all out of everything at this size and price in the Best Buy I was in. Works fine for my needs and overall happy with it.

went in looking for larger tv. this tv is ok . Did not impress me too much. My son likes the features of the playstation now thats on this tv. Going to wait and see if pic gets better. If not, taking it back and getting my 70-75 inch tv i have been wanitng
