Nice TV that is big enough to satisfy visually without dominating every piece of furniture in the room. VERY fast moving through channels, the guide and all with the 240HZ. I'm not a techie but I've been told the 240HZ makes this TV a great value.

I love this T.V. I love the fact that I can watch youtube videos and Disney movie anywhere movies directly from my phone to the TV. I love the HDR it produces with the ps4. I cant wait until I get my hands on the Pro and see what my TV does with that.

Nice TV for the price, I like all the built-in Apps for streaming. Good picture out of the box, not much tweaking needed, I didn't use its internal speakers, so I can't comment on the sound.

Decided to take a plunge into the world of 4K, and didn't just want to get any type of 4K tv, but at the same time didn't want to spend too much. This TV fit the bill and I have NO regrets!

HDR alone is what sold me over other cheaper 4K units! 4K is great, HDR is awesome! The. Ext level! Keep in mind as of right now HDR content is limited

I did check online for TV's but the salesman at Best Buy helped me the most. Needed a TV for my mom at nursing home. She always gets compliments from the staff. Beautiful clear picture!

My purchase experience with Fernando in Pasadena store was great with properly manner and paying attention to what I need. My reason for two stars are for the minus 1 star for defective product and minus 2 stars for Sony Customer Service experience. Took the TV back home and set up the TV and powered it up. I hooked it up to my PS4 and it looked amazing! However, I noticed my left-half of the screen is darker for for some screens, so I changed settings, checked for all available updates, even tried to update Android firmware, nothing helped. So I called Sony support for further troubleshoot and diagnostic. First guy told me to update my Android firmware which my TV couldn't find. So I downloaded updates into USB stick and updated but that didn't help. Second lady told me she'll check on the TV by remotely diagnosing, while she fumbled around my Netflix and Amazon video account without even asking and phone silent for 10 minutes while I'm trying to get her response, so I decided to disconnect both phone and remote access. Third lady finally took my information for exchange with another unit, but getting proper information was PAINFUL. I had to ask multiple times for details of what I needed to submit through Email and she couldn't even provide me full email address which I had to remind her that she was missing "DOT" in between. It would've been simple enough if she simply sent me the packet in email with directions and not waste 5 minutes just to get an email address. Overall, I would recommend this TV for best bang for your buck. But sadly I got a defective unit and going through unprofessional Sony Customer Service experience does not assure me that I'm in good hands. I'll be counting on my Geek Squad Protection for this TV.

Bought this tv after reading reviews of it and it's great. Runs android tv which has great apps. Has HDR which is awesome, has a 10bit panel and wide color gamut. Would totally recommend.

I bought this model to replace my other Sony that the backlit display module stopped working. I cannot believe the difference in picture quality. 1000 pixels make a huge difference.

Looking to upgrade from a 32' LG 1080p HDTV; this particular set was appealing. Venturing into the 4K market without breaking the bank, this set hits all marks. Image is sharp in 4K. HDR is also pleasant. Check this set and see for yourself.

I've never purchased a Sony flat screen prior to this one. Always bought Samsung. This one however is replacing a 2 year old 40" Panasonic which is a great TV and is still working. I wanted to upgrade to a 4k. I like the fact that the sound level doesn't change. The background music is the same level as the voices. I thought the stand was a little week and flimsy. No matter though it's mounted on the wall. The mounting brackets are around 6" apart as well which I thought could have been further apart as I had to get the wires through the hole in the wall. Lastly, the power cord is fixed to the TV. That's not a big deal was just surprised!

I have had this 43" Sony 4K installed about three weeks now, and I am very pleased with the color. This my first 4K TV, but it will not be my last.

This is a great tv for the bedroom. Clean and bright images. I did purchase a sound bar to improve the experience of watching 4K content. The only problem I have is the connectivity to my Wifi. It seems to disconnect from time to time.

This smart tv is perfect for a smaller room. We really like the picture. The remote is easy to use and works well with cable box. The sound quality is the only thing that could be better.

I never got to connect it because a part was missing for the stand. Also I didnt realize that the tv is 43in diag which means it's actually smaller than my old 40inch. I went into the store to get the parts and decided to get the 49in. I would recommend this tv but be aware it's 43inch diagonal.

After breaking my new Samsung TV I decided to buy a slightly larger TV with better specs. This TV is much better than the Samsung with much better build quality and better picture.

The picture is great. But the system and navigation are clunky and dated, the tv itself looks dated, and the remote is enough to force me to return the tv. Truly awful. Samsung runs circles around Sony as far as enjoyment of use.

I am very happy that I bought this tv, hooking it up with my bose speaker, I enjoy watching netflix, tv series and movies because of the pictures...worth the money buying this.
