Its a great TV, only issue would be the menu navigation it's very cluttered. But as a TV it's great especially for the price.

For someone who hasn't upgraded their tv in 10 years, this one was really good. Sound is not bad and picture is good.

The picture and resolution is terrific. For a smaller space, this unit is great.

Loved the TV out of the box, beautiful picture and looked amazing on cable and even better on 4k movies and games. Tv was bought with 5 year geek squad coverage. Loved it and then Hurrican Harvey hit Houston, we only got about a foot of water in the house. Knowing that electricity and water arent great together. I unplugged the tv prior to water entering the house. I set the tv on its back on a pillow next to another cheaper tv from another retailer both on a bunk bed and covered with plastic sheeting not knowing how things would turn out. A while later we get back into house tv is plugged in and there is a black blob on screen. Cheaper TV in living room works fine and the nice one we had for our bedroom has a blob on screen. We contact geek squad who tells us first that if it was plugged in during the hurricane and a power surge got it that is considered an act of GOD, and not covered. So we explain that it wasnt and hasnt been since the storm. We had it less than a year with 5 years coverage. At time of storm we had the TV 6-7 months. Geek squad comes oit to house and says oh looks looks like a hairline crack, so hairline that TV looks perfect and nobody by geek squad tech can see it, and that of course can say how it may have happen so it isnt covered. Makes me worried about the rest of the appliances we bought pre tv issue for the house.

The picture on this tv is outstanding. I watched a movie on my DLP then the same movie on the Sony, wow what a difference

I wasn't that impressed until we upgraded our 10-year-old hdmi cable. Huge difference. Add that to your cost and get a good one. I find the Sony amazingly clear with good color. Works pretty well with Netflix--occasional lack of recognition at startup. Side angle view is washed out but that's a characteristic of LED technology. After using the Sony a month I like the way the remote works. Simple design, with the controls you use most in the middle. I recommend this TV.

You must have HD connection from cable for it to look like it does in the store.

Easy set up and excellent picture. Sound is good for a regular TV. Recommend.

The picture quality is good. Replaced an older TV that we moved to game room.

Tv looks great! For a 60HZ tv it still gives you the soap opera effect of a 120hz tv. Great for movies and video games

By far THE best tv I have owned and currently own!! Picture is crazy clean and the android set up is a big plus!!
