Awesome picture on TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I only gave three stars at this time as we are waiting on AT&T to send us a new router for our U-verse service and are hoping that is the reason for not having any audio on the TV at this time. We are having problems with shows streaming which we know is due to the router. Up until this started happening we were very happy with this TV. We did purchase the warranty so we are covered if it is a problem with the TV.

Great picture but stopped working

After a week of use, I was switching channels and the screen suddenly went black with the sound still working. Wouldn't shut down with remote so had to unplug the TV to get it to turn off. The TV came back on and acted normal. Decided to return.

Overall good Tv

However, we hadn't had it home for two weeks when it began having a red line going down the screen. Called the Geek Squad, they came out, determined it was a bad motherboard, ordered a new one and we're happy with the product once again. It pays to pay the extra for the protection.
