I purchased 2 Sony televisions from Best Buy. When standing to the side of both TV sets, the color fades to white. Geek Squad came to my home and said there was nothing wrong with TV's !

We switched from a cable box to the antenna just to see how it worked and it took us a full hour to figure out how to get back to cable. I still not sure how we did it. lG and Samsung TV's are much easier to operate
