I have bought Sony TVs before, for size, quality, price may be the best

The tv is great for the price but it has allot of glitches. I recommend Sony to send out an update to this tv to fix the glitches it's having.

working. Cannot lower volume at times. TV will not turn off turn off with out pulling the plug at times. Cannot connect to the internet.

I have placed numerous calls to the Geel Squad installers and to the Sony technical support, as well as to the Spectrum technical support. Nobody can figure a way to fix the problem.

This Sony was everything I wanted and more. The picture on it is vibrant and it looks very sleek with such a thin border. It also has a low input lag of about 33ms when it is in game mode which is great for anyone who plays online shooters. I use this TV mostly for gaming on my Xbox one and this TV is compatible to run in 4K on the Xbox One S. It took me a while to figure out how to do it so I'll post it here and make it a little easier. You must use the HDMI cord that comes with the Xbox One S. If you use a different one it must be a high speed hdmi cord. Next you must also have it plugged into either HDMI port 2 or 3. Lastly you have to hit the home button on the remote and scroll all the way down to the bottom where there is a gear icon which opens settings. Once there open external inputs and change it from standard to enhanced. If you don't do this you'll get all errors and it will show on the Xbox that something is wrong. After that if you already hooked up your Xbox do a hard reset and it should work fine! Hope this helps!

This is the stinkiest tv I have ever used. It smelled like a wet dog when I was watching the old movie Benji. It also got moist on the screen like it was foggy out.

By now, most TV manufactures are excelling in 4K. There isn't much difference between each company when it comes to resolution but there's huge differences in the final result. I'm upgrading from a previous 4K Vizio TV (M43-C1). Lemme tell you, theres no competition with this Bravia. This TV is absolutely everything you'll ever need in a new 4K TV. It's got HDR, Motion Interpolation and bragging rights of a "Bravia". The difference between this TV and my Vizio is the realistic color output thanks to Triluminous display. Trust me, the difference is night and day. 4K movies look more lifelike. Video games look more immersive (both PS4 and Xbox One). The default picture modes aren't perfect, a little fine tuning will be needed based on your preference. The fine-tuning options are excellent, you get total control of the picture with easy to use and understand menus. I can confidently say this TV is worth every penny. Do yourself a favor and get it!

Don't get me wrong the tv's fine but I wanted more from my tv. So I returned it to get the curved

Smart TV function doesn't work properly, I.e., it doesn't connect to the Internet automatically. A pain in the neck. They should replace the TV as it is defective. Haven't bothered to return my emails either. Very bad customer service. Will never shop at Best Buy again.

Disappointed with picture quality.Color washes out if sitting to the right or left of the screen. Only colorful picture is viewed by person sitting directly in front of the tv. We returned it immediately.

The picture was not what I would expect from a Sony 4k
