When my two year old Sony TV got fried by a power surge I didn't hesitate to replace it with the same model. Outstanding picture. No comment on audio as I use my home theater for that. Also no comment on WiFi because I have it on my LAN. Streams Netflix without any buffering on a 50 mps connection. Set up was a snap, no issues except for ARC... I can't get it to sync with my receiver. It worked on the fried TV with the same receiver (Yamaha) but I can't get it to work on this one. It could be me.... I haven' tried very hard to see if I have it set up right.

Excellent TV, Extra sharp picture! Would have gotten larger size but cabinet would only allow 43 inch class. Great sound easy to set up!!!

I have 4 other Sony TVs and they are really easy to use. Their processors/Chips are also powerful. I had bought another TV for the room in question and I gave it away for Christmas for it was difficult to work and the processors were weak but not this Sony.

This tv is larger than I had and is easier for me to see. It has amazon ,net flix and other services built in to make this a total entertainment package

I’ve returned 2 tv’s in the last 2 weeks. I’ve tried to find a tv that would fit my space at a good price with a good picture. I wasn’t looking for perfection but looking for nice. Well, after returning a LG and a Vizo, I decided to try Sony. Bam! It’s more than nice or fine...it’s perfect (for me)! Awesome picture-sounds good but I don’t need big theater sound. I totally recommend this tv or any Sony product. I’ve had the tv for just a day-but compared to my 2 week journey in finding a tv, I feel as if I’ve succeeded finally with this purchase

It's really more than a television. It's a home entertainment system all wrapped up in one neat package. Great color & easy to navigate.

Only one gripe. I bought this TV with the understanding that it would connect to Bluetooth devices such as earbuds. Now that I've installed it I have come to find out that it will accept Bluetooth devices connecting to it but will not output externally to Bluetooth devices. This means that I can connect my phone to it but I cannot connect external Bluetooth speakers or earbuds. It was not very clear in any of the printed information or online information about this TV. It was also misunderstood by the Best Buy product specialist who sold me the TV. I had to call Sony to find this out. Otherwise it is a great TV.

I was a little unsure of this purchase. I LOVE the clarity. I use the Apple TV 4K unit with this. Could not be happier. Great for the bedroom.

Color is clean and crisp. No signs of buffering as described in older reviews. Updated software upon setting up TV so this may have helped. The remote set-up was a different story. It would not acknowledge any HighDef options for scrolling through channels. Unfortunately, on-line help within the TV did not help. Waited 1 1/2 hours on hold with Sony help desk. No resolution. Even less help from Geek Squad. Finally got updated Setup box from Cox with a new Cox remote. Worked right away. Just can't use the Sony remote. TV itself is perfect.

Nice picture and quality sound. Connectivity to external devices simple

I'm not a sophisticated reviewer. But i love this TV. This was an exchange, i started with a Samsung which had serious fade out issues when i moved up or down or sideways and the colors seemed so altered from what i was used to on familiar films. Anyhow, my local BB store guided me to this tv and i spent 3 times more than i thought i would so it's a good thing i love it. Just a gorgeous picture to my view.

This TV is very user friendly for a smart TV. Find anything easily by pressing mic and telling it what to find. Nice Color and Clarity.

I purchased this for use as a Computer Monitor on a Gaming Rig. I am not using for Gaming but for Graphic Art & Photo Editing. I must say it is a Nice Big Screen. I figured why pay $500 to a Grand for a 32" or 35" 2K Gaming monitor, when for $650 I can get a Bigger 43" Monitor in 4K. It works Great I keep it in PC Mode I adjusted the Setting and it has some of the best Blacks I have ever seen. I wish Sony Made their Topline TV's in 43inches I would have purchased that but this will do and it looks great.

I replaced a 39 inch Samsung with this 4K 43 inch Sony. Physically they are the same size. The Sony is half the weight. The picture is beautiful and vivid. It is an android system so I am unable so far to get my iPhone to talk to it but it's not that important. It has good sound but I already had a sound bar.

EASY TO SET UP RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX. SMART TV SET UP WAS ALSO EASY TO DO. BEEN A FEW MONTHS NOW AND ALL WORKING VERY WELL.

So far everything works as it should, very nice picture, easy to set up, nice sound

this SONY tv has a very clear and bright picture the smart tv makes streaming very easy and fast

Wanted to get a new television for the bedroom and wanted something close to a 43 inch size to fit in the space I had. It was a bit pricey but it was a good value. I had purchased a slightly less expensive Samsung but had to return it. This was the only set that I could find at the time of purchase that could play sports in 4K and not have display issues. Have had the set now for several months and had no problems. Great picture, built in sounds system better than most. Seems to be built with quality.

We have this in our room. It's the perfect size and the sound quality is excellent. And of course, the picture is amazing.
