The price was significantly higher than similar competing models and I do hope that Sony quality, service and reputation will cover for it. The picture quality is indeed better than similar cheaper models. This was my first experience with new modern TV and It took me some time to learn and control all the features offered by this system. This was w/o writing all the detailed isructions. Sony's phone service was very helpful in this respect. So far and after few months I am happy with my choice.

We needed a specific sized TV for the size of the room. The set has great color. It was easy to set up for the smart features.

My Sony Flat Screen 43" TV was light, easy to manage in setting up...one challenge...there were no screws to screw the stand into the TV so I had to find my own...but overall and awesome TV with killer pic!

This is my first 4K TV purchase and my second Sony TV. Sony hit another homerun with this one! I guess I just love the way sony does their colors...absolutely pleasant to look at. My wife and I love it. So far we have not had any issues with wifi, apps acting wacky, or anything. Paired with a sound bar, this is pure bliss. Just be careful when setting up, the tv is very thin and CAN BEND IF YOU ARE NOT CAREFUL. I plan on keeping this tv for a very long time. Not sorry at all that we got it.

I carefully researched 43” sets and decided on this one because of the Sony rep and recommendations of the Best Buy sales rep. Boy, was this a great choice. Right size for the room, superb picture and great set up by the Geek Squad installer. Only negative is sound, but all ultra thin sets have this problem because of small speakers. I anticipated this and purchased a good sound at and now it couldn’t be a better set up. Plus, the Sony tech help is way better than Samsung any day.

TV shows a great picture and Android based makes it easier to set up Apps through your Google Account.

Although do not use android phones or Google we purchased this tv based on its excellent picture quality. Remote works well. The only thing I would prefer is if there were front or side USB and hdmi ports. They are all behind and harder to access.

The Sony provides excellent picture quality and average sound for a television. I plan to add a sound bar to improve the listening experience. The picture colors are sharp and bright. I have not detected any picture distortion or blurring during live sports broadcasts. Set up was easy and quick. I would recommend this to anyone seeking a television in this size.

We love this screen. Used mostly for gaming and it is perfect. Looks awesome with Xbox One X graphics.

This TV has lots of options for color, brightness, etc. This images look quite real. I am really satisfied.

This is a quality television with an incredible picture. Movies, tv programs and NASCAR races all look great.

This is the third Sony TV I've purchased in the last four years. Time to finally ditch the old CRT style TV's and upgrade to excellence! You will not believe the quality of the 4K picture. Broadcast TV does not do it justice. Pop in a video and be prepared to be blown away! I was able to get it out of the box, attach the stand (which is very sturdy, love the design), set up and watching TV in about 30 minutes. You will not be disappointed.

We have just been using this TV for a couple of weeks, but it has a very good picture and the sound is above average for this size TV. I would say the most disappointing aspect of this item is the location of the HDMI inputs, they should be in a more accessible location.

Great picture, enjoy watching Netflix in ultraHD. Easy set -up. The 43" with ultra HD seems more like 50+" TV

This tv was easy to setup and use. It's my 1st smart tv and I enjoy using apps to watch shows.
