Love my new TV. It has great color and I like the fact that its a smart TV.

This has been a wonderful experience for me. My first Smart TV, I am having a fantastic time watching my streaming subscriptions, movies, and other content. The ability to adjust the video and audio is great. I was using a soundbar, and the built-in audio is so good, I was able to ditch it. I still use CC with some content, and it's no big deal to me. I love this television.

Very pretty colors. The best buy member recommended it. My only issue was that it took a LOT of work to get the colors how we wanted them. Upon taking it out of the box and plugging it in it was super ugly, worse than our 5 year old tv. However after playing A LOT with the settings we got it to where we want it, and it's super pretty. Lost a star because of how long it took to set up, I would prefer if it was easier to use right out of the box, but once it's good it's good

We really like the quality of the SONY picture and the smart tv is awesome.

Do not like the volume level.you must go to tv volume 20 to begin to hear it.i don’t understand this and it’s out of sync with Sony home theater e570volume.cannot separate the levels.my other Sony s360 one I could have ht on 25 level and tv on10 independently. Great sound but not this one. There must be a way.when tv volume is 20 ht volume is on 5. Thank you for asking.if there is any body out there that would have any ideas I’d appreciate it.

As always Sony delivers! This television has a great picture, great sound and a nice Android based operating system. Plenty HDMI inputs, digital opitical output to connect to your home theatre system and other nice features. Soon as I can I’ll be purchasing the larger version of this television for my living room! Well done Sony and thanks Best Buy for always offering top shelf products!

Had tried a lower cost TV. Took it back for the Sony X88E 43". Love this Sony 43". Excellent picture, even when viewed from the side at an angle. Good sound features allowing me to tune it to my preferences. I bought it to replace an older 40 inch TV as it had the same outside dimensions due to the narrow bezzle. Much improved picture and the bigger screen size is great.

Awesome picture...EZ to set up...Quality product!!

After I returned the Toshiba television I looked at several television models that the store had. This Sony (of my ownie) is the one that attracted my attention. The price was another issue but, the refresh rate was an amazing four times (240 Hz) as fast as the Toshiba. Which accounts for the price differential. The picture quality is amazing. I love my new tv.

So many things to love about this Sony smart television. The frameless screen, the vibrant colors. It was easy to set up and works well with my surround sound system. I enjoy watching Amazon prime videos, You tube videos, and Listening to Pandora while i’m Working around the house. I have only begun to use the features this tv offers, I only wish we had gotten it in a bigger size.

We’ve only had this for a few weeks but so far, so good. Great picture especially with 4K UHD programming. Nice to have Netflix, Prime, etc., included but not thrilled with Android operating system. We have all Apple devices so having to manually input passwords, WiFi network etc is an inconvenience. Would be nice if it could connect to apple devices without manual input. Except for this minor setup issue, this is a great tv for the price. Easy setup, great picture. Make sure you get a high speed HDMI cable. Makes a difference.
