We use the TV inside an upright console that was intended for a tube TV. I have installed an arm bracket so that the screen is out where it is supposed to be viewed. The Sony XBR43X800E has a great picture, and has a very small frame around the screen, so it fit inside our console well.

This Sony TV, while on the small side, has a brilliant picture and is easy to use.

This TV is just amazing! Picture quality beyond superb. The size is just right, and with it being curved, no reflections to interfere with picture. Colors are beautiful and the sound quality is fantastic! Many custimizable picture & sound options. Love this TV!!

Definitely an upgrade from our previous hi-def tv. The clarity, color, and brightness are great! Haven’t noticed any issues with frame rate, everything is nice and smooth. A Christmas present that was and is much appreciated!

I went to Best Buy to buy a low end TV for the kitchen, and after explaining the application to a Audio/Video specialist, I realized I watch a good portion of TV in the kitchen while cooking so the upgrade to a better TV was the right choice. Thank you Best Buy staff.

My Sony HD TV is a welcome addition to the living room. The vivid color easily overtook the prior Samsung unit. I enjoy Sony products for their quality and this new unit is no exception. It also happened to be the last unit available that day in that model.

The Sony 43" X800E Series television delivers a quality unit and a vibrant picture. We do use a ROKU which provides more apps for streaming. We have always been Sony fans and this television tops the list. Cannot wait to get the larger versions!

I am very happy with the wonderful picture. I am also very happy with the apps and being able to download more apps. I am also very happy with the Google Cast that it comes with and with the capability of connecting other of my devices with the blue tooth it comes with.

I just love this 4K Tv. I’m getting used to all the bells and whistles this Tv offers but the picture quality is amazing; it’s like whatever you’re viewing is realistic! And just to think I almost bought another brand..... I really am happy with this tv!!!

Very bright and clear picture. Sharp. Apparently, one must be very careful not to touch the screen in a rough manner. It is highly sensitive. Other than than, it's great!

I have purchased a number of Sony 4K TVs in the past from Best Buy. When I was in PA recently I wanted to purchase one for my folks. The Sony 43" was the set of choice. I was pleased when the Best Buy in Pottstown, PA, had one in stock but was concerned that the box was taped shut with Best Buy tape. A woman in the department assured me the box was only opened to show a customer the set. There was no "open box" discount offered. Taking the set back to my folks house to set it up showed a different story. The screws that secure the base to the TV were missing. As this TV was to be placed on a TV stand this was a big deal. Clearly I should have taken the time to inspect the contents of the box myself and didn't. The lesson learned is that you shouldn't purchase an item that has been opened unless you meticulously look at what is in the box and make sure all parts are accounted for. I would also have it plugged in to make sure it works properly. After all that is checked out you should make sure it is priced appropriately. The set itself is great. Now all I need is the ability to stand it up so it can be viewed.

After attaching legs, sat down to set everything up and it took only a small bit of my time to make sure the t.v. was up and running. Love that Netflix is on the remote and I can just press a button to access it.

Wonderful TV. This is our second one. Bought a larger one for our living room and the picture is amazing so when our bedroom TV died we wanted the same great picture. A little more expensive than some other models but with this you get what you pay for.

Great picture and plenty of inputs. Lack of native 120 hertz is a bit disappointing.

My wife and I have had some experience with television sets in the 62 years of our marriage. This experience with our Sony is the best yet! We are highly pleased. We are also pleased with the accomodation and service we have received from Best Buy. Good!

Sony had vivid color and detail to any program or movie. The remote is very colorful also. especially llike the Netflix botton and Google Play Button , you get two free 4K Movies and 99 cent 4K movies after! Sony is one GREAT TV! Sorry unable

I think the unit is overpriced by 25-30% when compared to Samsung, Vizio and other top brands. I needed a new TV that had a center stand not "Wide Spread legs" which requires a long piece of furniture to sit on. In the days of CRT units, Sony was the best...not so much with the LED's of today. If Samsung would have had a center stand model, I would have purchased it.

I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of set-up and pleased that I was not obligated to let the TV become totally "smart" via Internet connection. Excellent video, good audio and functions beautifully w/o all the bells and whistles activated.
