I have the 65 inch Sony 850e model in the living room so when I saw the price for this 43 inch I had to jump on it. Motion is not as good as the 65 inch but great picture overall. One of the best 43 inch TVs out there

I purchased my Sony television for over a year now and I must say I am very satisfied with them. The TV was purchased thru open box and I have not had any problems yet. Overall can say I love my TV.

4 stars instead of 5 because of the sound quality. Just not the best. It's ok for news and regular shows but if you watch a lot of movies, you'll need a sound system of some kind. Other than that, it has a great picture, set up was easy, and everything functions the way it should. Basically, I'm satisfied and maybe I just expect too much.

I am delighted with my new Sony smart television purchased from Best Buy and assembled by them. Operations are user friendly, and the color,sound, and quality are excellent. I am pleased with the product and the service.

Needed to upgrade basement tv for PS4 gaming and sports watching. Open box special saved me $ over an already decent price.Easy to set up. Picture quality is superb. Sound augmented with bose sound system. Perfect for me.

I purchsed to used as a pc monitor, 4k perfect nice colors and picture, after reading reviews i did buy it, after using the tv for few days, not to happy as a monitor, i will stay with dedicated monitor 4k. as a TV is great!!

Absolutely love this smart TV, very simple to use and install. My dad hung it on my bedroom wall by himself with ease. Apps are easy to use and connecting to my Direct TV box was simple.

Purchased this T.V. to replace an older model RCA in my bedroom. It is the perfect size and the picture quality due to the higher resolution is outstanding. This was actually a floor model so I got an excellent price for it.

I prefer the HD TV instead of the 4K TV. The picture is clear but, it is too bright. Almost fluorescent looking. Somewhat annoying to watch. Also, we were told that we have to get a 4K DVD player to view 4K DVDs. You have to have both, the 4K TV & a 4K DVD player to use 4K movies.

Good picture, easy to operate. Kids love it. Easy to setup.

To play videogames it's the best especially with my PlayStation 4!

Was a very easy tv to set up had very simple instructions for installation the picture is extremely great the control are very good having google helps a very bunch in installing my spouse says it is super fantastic

Purchased this tv as secondary to view in a smaller room and it’s perfect! Purchased a Sony sound bar to enhance the sound/base quality.

This smart TV blew me away with the quality. The ability to switch between Netflix my game systems and regular TV at any given time is a major plus. This TV is a must buy even if it's a bit more expensive.

We needed a larger screen in order to see the score etc while watching our favorite baseball team play, GO RED SOX! It was fairly easy to set up, but in order to have it work properly we had to get an updated cable box.

A great present for the wife She had an older Sony TV that was 40 inch and this 43 inch fits in the exact same space and has the same great Sony quality I knew I could not go wrong as this was an anniversary present

I buy Sony since it works with my PS4 but more than that the picture in gaming or 4K movies is very impressive. I'm still learning the ropes on how to use the apps, settings, etc but this TV is a must buy in the 43" class.

This Sony T.V., although out of the box, was a great buy. Just as good as being new, with the exception that it was out of the box and on display. Really satisfied with the performance of this Sony T.V.
