Upgrading from a Magnavox 1080p set to this one I was a little confused for about a week to figure out all the options it comes with. After some trial and error I found the best settings that work for me and I am thrilled with my purchase. Games and movies have never looked better and watching or playing them feels new again. I picked this set because I did not have the room for a larger television. My wife who does not have 20/20 vision at first said she could not tell the difference but after a few weeks she has made comments on some of her favorite movies looking weird but better. I was on the fence for sometime regarding other sets for lower prices that offered 4K and used different terminology to say they had something equivalent to HDR but I decided best to trust people who already owned the set and the CSR I bought it from said he owned the 900 series and was an avid gamer himself so I trusted him in his suggestion.

I can't imagine wanting a better TV than this Sony X800E! When we went shopping for a new TV for our living room, I assumed that we would eventually buy a Samsung or LG. Walking into Best Buy, all the pictures looked great so which one to choose? At first glance the Samsung's all looked great. But ultimately I felt the colors were all too bright, too intense, too unreal. LG's picture was more realistic but somehow seamed to be missing something. Still, I'd pick LG over Samsung. The Sony seemed to be just right... great color, contrast and sharpness. It has a wide viewing angle, great remote, easy to set up and famous Sony reliability. We have a relatively small living room so our 43" screen is plenty big enough.

I have little technological skill and was hesitant to purchase a Smart TV. After talking to 2 different Salesmen at Best Buy who were both very knowledgeable and patient I decided to purchase the Sony Bravia 4K TV. I have no regrets. the picture is great. the colors are vibrant and the remote is easy to use. I don't play games or have it hooked up to my computer so I can not evaluate that. Very happy with it.

Beautiful color easy to navigate. Great service from Best Buy. The only problem is I can't use my Bose Bluetooth headphones with the television because I have the television sound going through my Cerwin vega speakers via my stereo receiver which is about 20 years old and not Bluetooth compatible. Other than that I am highly satisfied with this product.

Sony has always been known for its TVs and with this line of tvs, it has not failed. I have the 43 and the 55 inches. They are virtually super large computers. They work off android software. They stream seemlessly from my WiFi connection. I can project my phone onto the tv without a problem. The sound and screen are great - colors are more real. Def worth it.

picture, sound, menu options makes this one of the best TV's I have owned. Only issue is the sound comes from the rear - so if you have it in a cabinet you will need to purchase a soundbar

I bought this Sony TV to replace an older 720P model. The picture is excellent - great color, contrast and definition. The ULTA HD feature is a plus even though there is limited 4K content available now.

It was a little pricier than I wanted, but after wasting money on cheaper tv's I could not be more satisfied. Very easy to set up, excellent suite of preloaded apps, best picture quality in its class.

Love the TV now that it’s set up. More difficult to program & get the kinks out than the Samsung TV we have in another room. Great picture and no problems once the initial set up issues were resolved

The picture and sound from this TV is great. There are all kinds of features / bells and whistles and the remote can be programed to operate our cable box as well. Crystal clear picture, outstanding! Sound is great and has multiple modes. Excellent all around TV - Sony has never disappointed me!

I am bummed that plasmaTV's are no longer made and to step up to a plasma type tv (OLED) is pricey. Pluses--- its light its thin does have nice features, remote easy to figure out picture overall is good, though minimal energy consumption Minuses-- I still see some lag, even with this higher refresh rate Sound quality is meh, get a soundbar
