wanted a nice TV for our guest room that worked with all the smart devices and this one is great ,the only thing I thought was not five star was the stand , I got a wall mount and am very happy with this TV , super picture and all the features I wanted

Bought this sight unseen after purchasing the fantastic Sony 900, never failed no pixels unlimited tweeking. Perfect colors. Never a concern. This technology has been proven true over years. Solid. Oddly you pay more for a smaller category however, totally worth it.

This TV is in my home office and I'm sitting pretty close to it. The picture quality is a noticeable upgrade over the 40 inch Samsung (HD, not 4k) it replaced. It has a good selection of streaming services and the setup was easy. It was a plus for me that I could put it on a stand that's not as wide as the set - that seems to be unusual now. The interface isn't great, but I don't have to deal with it too often. I use the Cinema Home setting and it didn't require much additional tweaking to get to a very pleasing picture. The other negative is that it is pricey for its size.

I purchased the more deluxe model for this 43" TV because of the reviews. The installation was so easy and I was up and viewing spectacular color and resolution on the TV within 10 minutes. Bravo!! The remote is fairly intuitive and the smart features are wonderful.

This was my first "smart TV" it was very easy to learn the set=up and had many apps already to go. The picture quality is amazing and love the remote-ALL GOOD!!!!

Overall a great TV... beautiful picture, but am surprised and disappointed with the software and the remote. I think Apple did a great job on their remote, ie getting rid of all the excessive buttons. IF someone wants or needs all those buttons, move it to the interface and keep the remote simple. It's amazing that Sony would put in all the time engineering a great TV and then have basically the same remote they had 25 yrs ago. Also, the software / interface seems a bit buggy.

This was my first Smart TV. There are surprises in the smart Stream TV. It read My PC Storage and began to run the PowerPoint. Videos I had produced. The use of stream TV sites is not one of my needs at this time. But the TV Picture is magnificent.

I have purchased TVs for most of my family except myself. Well this was the year. Bought this one without checking out reviews and I LOVE IT!!! The picture is sooooo crisp it almost feels like you’re inside the picture. Very good quality.

I bought this tv because it is 4K and HDR, and it looks great. Biggest issue I had that dropped to 4 stars is the process of having to turn on HDR. Only two HDMI ports support 4K HDR, and even though I plugged my new Apple TV into it and had to go through a multiple step process to turn on the ability to use the reason I bought the tv. But that’s the only complaint

I wanted the best 43 inch tv I could get for a small room. I have not been dissapointed. The sound is good. Picture great. Upscaling is very, very good. Black levels are not good, but I am comparing to an LG OLED I have in the living room. Aspect ratio options are not as nice as other tv's. Android system can have it's hiccups but no big problems. Great TV.

Have this TV a couple of weeks. Geek Squad delivered & hooked up. Looked like the set up was easy & the software update was fairly quick. Picture & colors are very clear & sharp. Sound is just OK. Purchased specifically because I thought I would be able to use external Bluetooth devices like headphones or speaker. So far I’m unable to pair headphones & am now made to understand this is not a possibility. There is also no sleep timer. Easy connection to Netflix using TV remote. Still exploring other features.

This TV's screen technology allows for clear contrasted colors from any logical viewing angle. The downward-firing speakers sound crisp (albeit absent even a hint of bass frequencies) and are of ample volume. The somewhat slow-operating-response to the very fine remote control is only a mild annoyance (once getting used to the peculiarities of the TV's operating system). 4K video (so far, I've only seen 4K on YouTube) is quite pleasing; and the 720 HD for the shows/channels that I watch is pleasant - and I look forward to watching more in 1020 HD. The brightness is ample, but not stellar; and the contrast/black levels are quite acceptable, if not Very Good. Picture and Sound adjustments are easy - and easily returned to Factory Settings when tinkering gets out of hand. I bought this TV for my bedroom after my satisfaction with a 55x930E that I purchased earlier this past Spring (the controls and operating system are the same); and we're still enjoying two CRT Sony TVs - so we are, therefore, thoroughly inclined to purchase from within the Sony family of products.

The TV works as advertised; 4k HDR, voice control via the remote, and all the features of an Android device. One major con would be the slowness of the UI. Otherwise, it would be a fine addition to any living room or bedroom.

We needed a tv that was a bit larger but could still fit in an armoire. Great picture quality without being a monster tv. Sound quality, as with most I am told is not great, but ran through our system and it’s perfect!

Love this TV. Great picture and a signicant numbe of options calibrate TV to each input. You will need a sound bar, or stereo system as the internal speakers aren’t great. That is the same for nearly every TV today.

Brought tv home set up and signal stop working, HDMI inputs would not operate, contacted sony, on phone for 3 hours, tried everything would not work. Returning tv to best buy today. When working picture was great.

The picture is excellent...clear and sharp with good colors and details. The Sony name has long been associated with quality. We plan on this tv lasting several years with good service along the way.

Fabulous picture!!The colors are vibrant, the picture is clear. I have never had such a fabulous picture On any TV that I have purchased other than the 75 inch Sony TV which is of the same series.

Owned for one month. Just don’t hook up to an old power strip (5yrs+). For the price, the interface, the color, ease of use, the insides and the looks, I paid the $700. Normal issues with connectivity: once. App won’t load up: happened once—uninstall/re-install; pretty easy. Wanted the 40 inch, but it was discontinued. Then thought the 43 inch was too big for the bedroom, because that’s what she said; wrong: it’s perfect.
