Beware and don’t update to Oreo After owning for a year i can say this TV has a good picture but awful android tv software the update to Oreo 8 has broken the Tv Chanel changing and Sony doesn’t care. See Sony. Com for others with same problem

I am very impressed with my new Sony TV and It perfectly fits in my bedroom.Now I am able to watch 4 K movies and enjoy more..The good thing to buy this TV at Best Buy because I could get 5% back..How cool

Spot on quality especially with color and clarity.

This is a great TV. It hooks to your network simply and has many options for viewing already installed. Also has options for expansion. Pricey but worth the money. Overall very pleased.

We are very pleased with this model. It was an open box and in excellent condition. So far all is great. Great TV for the price. Even if it's an older model can't see any diiference

This TV is great! Its brightness is great for all viewing angles and great streaming features. Can't beat 4k with the PS4 Pro, gaming is smooth and consistent. Great size for my home office.

I have always owned Sony’s and lately purchased a Samsung that was pretty good, but then I bought this Sony hoping to get a combination of a 4K resolution, with the built-in ease of using apps like what is available on an Apple TV. I thought that is what I was getting—especially being called a “Smart TV” —however the picture quality is really dark, even tho I have the brightness cranked way up. The “smart part” has Amazon prime video and Netflix and some other built-in apps, but they aren’t as user friendly as the Apple TV...mainly for the price and especially since there are a lot of high quality TVs at half the price, I would expect a crystal clear picture. It is hooked up to cable so that should provide clarity across all channels. Sadly this TV is not worth the price tag.

While the picture quality on this is awesome, it is [so far] impossible for me to hook up my Klipsch reference 15 speakers to it in any way. Sony's website was of no use. I like the tv, but it is not user friendly in my opinion.

The Geek Squad was on time and stayed until the installation and wiring was complete. They called before they arrived too. Very helpful explaining details about the set up and programing.

the phone is easy to hold and works great. haven't figured out how everything works yet but I don't think I can think of anything negative to state. nice options and great display.

This has been my best TV Yet. If you get a chance, also buy a Bose Sound Bar or the like from Best Buy as well to gain the rich sound you get already from the vision of the TV

I have this in the Master Bedroom and it does the job excellently for a good price! No complaints at all. Combine this with the Sony sound bar and you are good to go.

very good tv except the picture quality isn't quite as good as i had had expected . I have owned it for almost two years now .

Is it worth it to buy a Sony tv? Yes if you want your tv to last, if you want your tv do do it’s job well buy the tv. Personally I won’t buy any tv besides a Sony.

Bought this for my son's room. It is an amazing TV for the money. He is using it to watch movies and his new PS4 Pro Spiderman Limited edition console..... happy kid...

My old TV picture went out with no warning . I was limted to the size of my TV . This TV fit my order perfectly. Has all the new internet features. This TV perfect .

A little disappointed in this tv because I bought a new 4k receiver and going through it my xbox one x has problems with 4k. I even connected it directly to tv and still xbox one x doesn't recognize it as a true 4k . That was the only reason I upgraded wish I had waited.

This is an awesome TV for what I use it for and that is gaming on my Xbox One X. I wish it didn’t run on Android TV but it is what it is I still love this tv.
