    The reason I gave 3 stars for this product because they have solved the problem by replacing a new TV for us and it has been working ok so far.Six months ago we bought this TV from Best Buy and only after 2 months, suddenly ,it stopped working. We had to go through so much problems with Best Buy and Sony customer service in order to get a replacement from them.Stay away from this product !!!
