Tv is amazing, picture quality and sound are great! Sometimes disconnects from the internet and controls are tricky, but still getting to know it.

I was in Best Buy for hours comparing Sony with other companies. Sony by far has way better quality. More vibrant colors, details, and hardware.

Excellent value for the set and Sony's legendary screen picture continues with this model. Totally satisfied. Sound is surprisingly decent as we use this set in the bedroom and no sound bar is needed. Only disappointment is Bluetooth only allows things to send to TV not TV to an item like Bose QC35 Bluetooth headphones.

This was the right size, weight and quality for me! Exactly what I was looking for and the clarity of the picture is just amazing..

The picture in 4K is fantastic and the upscaling from 1080 is close to 4k. It takes a little time to get to know how to use it, but it is great. It has about any streaming service (too many to list) you could want pre-loaded and is very smooth to use. It is very light and was easy for me to hang on the wall by myself. The only negative is the remote, but I knew I wouldn’t like the remote going in. Buttons are too small and close together, but I bought a Harmony remote to use instead.

It’s a Sony, no one else comes close to quality or value. TV is and does what Sony advertises. Picture perfect with the 4K cables

The picture on this tv is outstanding. The ease of setting up was easier than expected. Would definitely recommend this product.

Great tv, sound alright in a medium sized room. I'm using mine in the bed room, fills the space just fine, base is pretty soft though of course. so, if you want some real thump going to need a sound bar or discrete sound system. Built like a tank. solid construction, steel, and premium feel. I'm not using the stand for it because I need it wall mounted, but seemed like the legs would have held it up just fine. Color quality is great, not over saturated like Samsung’s TVs. very bright, but the screen is pretty reflective, so it can look like a J.J Abram’s movie at times when in highly lit spaces. Black levels are consistent and I can't detect any light bleed from the back light. Doesn't get that dark though, dark scenes look best when there is some light in the room. Android TV is still the best smart OS around, even if it has been neglected by google for a while now. it can feel a bit slow at times, but catches up and add so much functionality it's totally worth it. Also worth noting; the power supply is not built into the TV, so there's a power brick and a the cord is pretty short. Pros: Reliable Sony panel, color, Android TV Cons: Cost quite a bit more than most other manufactures for the same size. External power brick with short cord is hard to hide 8/10 WOULD RECOMMEND.

This television is an upgrade from an older 32in. LG television. Decided to go to the UHD display to enhance my entertainment and move up to more advanced features. This television is a nicely aesthetic size and it is capable of showing a clear and accurate image from close-up out to 20 ft. Light weight with an easy to place table top stand. Optioned first for a Samsung television although I returned the Samsung to purchase this Sony as it had gone on sale. The 800 Series emits a true black image for a very good enhanced viewing experience sufficient for extreme sharpness and contrast. Enjoy the nature footage of 4k broadcasts very much and also works well as my computer monitor. Recommend this television and would consider this as an upper, midgrade video entertainment monitor. Nice menus for Google Play and Netflix also. Pleased with this purchase.

I previously owned a Sony 32" XBR4 for 11 years and it finally quit working one morning. Later in the afternoon, I went looking for another Sony for my bedroom at a well known retailer, and landed on an "open box" Sony X43" 800E UHD HDR. The price was almost a give away. The sales person had spent a considerable amount of time explaining several models of the Sony TVs on display, and I was on my way out the door when he noticed this TV as an "open box" display, and in a few minutes I was walking out the door with my new TV. My new TV comes with all the smart TV bells and whistles, and while I am still learning how to navigate it, the viewing and picture quality is excellent, and the perfect size for my bedroom. I own four Sony TVs and this set up took 5 minutes, as my satellite receiver was already coded for Sony. Literally, five minutes from the time all HDMI and AC cords were plugged in. I am very happy with my purchase and look forward to many years of viewing pleasure.

We really enjoy our new Sony 4K, 43" smart t.v. The picture is beautiful & Netflix is so easy to use. The features are simple to use & we love the 4k feature, especially the 2 free movies. We enjoy watching television so much more now. Thanks Best Buy for being there for us. Today, we ordered a HP printer!

Easy hookup. Nice picture. Great bells and whistles. Price is high compared to others as of 03/10/19.

I was actually looking for a TV with specific dimensions to fit in a spot in our family room. This fit the bill perfectly. And, it is a great TV. Slim, good sound, great picture with the 4K up-scaling.

Bought this 43" TV for my bedroom, the clarity of the picture is fabulous. Having the ability to go from app to app is great. I also like using the voice feature. I had it installed by the Geek Squad and they did something to both remotes so I can use either with cable or the Sony only.

Great picture quality. Sound is good even without any sound system.Set up was easy and only took a few minutes.

Got this TV after having trouble with a Samsung. I have to say, I've really enjoyed it. The picture has been very good. If you use HDR mode, I recommend to just set it to Auto & it'll look fine. Sound is even pretty good for TV speakers, though I do recommend a soundbar to go with it.

Liked mine so much purchased one for my wife. Easy set up. Easily installs storage upgrades. Great resolution for games, movies or surfing the net. Quickly recognizes and connects to WiFi sources. If you enjoy your Android phone you will like this tablet also. Overall a great buy especially when Best Buy puts it on sale, which is often. Would have given it five stars but to many pop up adds. Not that it is a big problem. Could be something I'm doing wrong.
