It's been working fine for the first month, I've had it. Probably need to get a sound bar to optimize the voice level volumes. For the price point though, very acceptable TV.

First time disappointed with Sony and moved on!!!

I have had Sony TVs my entire life and have a current TV I have had for 15 year and no issues. So literally two years after this purchase the tv image just went off and can’t come on screen. I died days after my protection for Best Buy was over and Sony warranty was over. Called them and the amount they wanted me to pay was more than the tv itself! Crazy so I had to throw the TV away two years to the day after purchase. As you can imagine I bought a new TV and it is not Sony for the first time ver after my conversation with them!! Totally disappointed!!!
