Good TV, Bad Instructions

We are still struggling with it. Further the instructions were second rate. I had a lot of difficulty with the set up and their on-line instructions are pretty worthless.

Brightness seems to match the specs but as blacks are not so black, contrast is not great. Good enough for my purposes, though. If you are not watching movies (or gaming) in a dark room, the contrast should not bother most people. It measured an honest 1000:1, which for me is a good minimum standard. Some of the stock Picture Modes are fairly dim, some have significant latency, and Graphics exaggerates reds. I think I'll be able to make adjustments, but as I am using it for a PC monitor (not gaming), it's not the end of the world. One bright spot is the audio. It is much better than what I had for PC speakers were, so I eliminated them.
