Very good color reproduction for 43 inch hdtv.

The color reproduction and brightness are quite good and natural for a 43 inch hdtv. Replaced a 3 year old Samsung 43 inch smart tv. This Sony is a vast improvement in terms of picture quality and contrast. Blacks are good, but not the same quality as my 65 inch LG Oled. But who cares; this is a 43 inch HDTV for a small room. It does it’s job well.

Very sharp picture, outstanding color and contrast. 4 HDMI inputs is very convenient. I find the Sony user interface to be easier and more intuitive than that of other manufacturers' TVs. The built-in streaming works very well. This is a quality product. I am a former TV engineer, I have experience evaluating picture quality - and this is a really good one. Sound is OK, but I would recommend using an external sound bar or something.

We bought his to replace a 13-year-old top of the line Sony XBR 6 tv. Because of the spot we have for the tv, we could only get up to 43”. Pictures are good. I haven’t tested it with the games yet, but imagine that it would be good also. It’s 1/3 of the cost of the old tv. 43” tv’s are getting harder to find now.

Despite what the super detailed reviewers say, it can deliver what you want, you just need to adjust settings to your liking. The UI is fast and super easy to work with. For my first ever Sony TV I'm super happy with playing my PS5 with it :).

I've heard complaints about the audio on Samsung's 4K televisions (the ones under 50"), but the audio on this Sony 4K TV is great! Pretty audible once you turn the volume up to 10. Great for gaming and overall TV use. I'm still getting used to the frame rate on 4K (people move a little faster than usual), but the picture is so crisp!
