Only issue is the two HDMI port and sound. TV is great

It does seem to lock up once in a while. Can't power it down via the remote or the power switch on the back of the TV. I have to pull the power plug to reboot it. I've had it a few weeks and it's happened 3 times. Good price for the unit though.

I am in the medium tech experience catagory. So far this TV has done everything I have expected with a lot more. The Smart function has made it easy to hookup and run with my Program Provider, internet and headsets. It has a lot of functions that I will probably never use, so, it is a lot of benefits for the cost.

The size is right for the space we have. Excellent

This tv is a good tv, however it was the display model so it was a clearance item. The only issue was that the remote was gone. The store rep said he would find us one, which he did but it definitely wasn't the original remote intended for this tv. Other than that it's a good tv.

Unfortunately, the first Sony delivered worked for two days and then was blank - no picture, no sound. After many phone calls to arrange for a replacement, it finally was delivered and happy to say it works perfectly and we are enjoying it. (Of course it is only about 10 days old).

The sales associate was extremely helpful. All are enjoying the recent purchase of the television. The transition to buy in one store and pickup in another city's store was easy. Personnel on each side of the transaction were pleasant.

This has to be the worst Sony TV I have ever bought. We constantly run into issues where controls don't work (either on the remote or on the tv itself), or the TV just shuts itself off. The sound settings will also change automatically to Game mode without prompting, and the TV inputs will switch themselves (i.e. HDMI 1 would display what is coming in on HDMI 2). I have tried to download updates for software/firmware, but none are available. Save your money and buy something else. It's a real shame because all of the other Sony TVs I have bought were always top notch.

This tv is ok, not much choice or options for apps. Just basically what's preloaded. Sometimes freezes which have to unplug in order for remote to start working. Lower end tv worked better in both our opinion.

This TV is serving our purposes very well. We have it hanging on the wall in a conference room, connected to a computer via the HDMI cable. Sony has been a reliable and solid company for decades. I used to use their gear in the broadcast industry, and still trust them today.

The reviews online say the Sony loses black levels when you get off axis. I have not experienced that. It does take a little longer to change channels using the channel up and down button than my previous Vizeo.

There was a time when .SONY products, at all levels, were superb. That's simply not the case with this television. Any dark and/or fast moving images are displayed in such poor resolution that it distracts from the content. I bought this unit to replace a 10-year old Panasonic and sadly it doesn't hold up. Perhaps it's the poor refresh rate (60Hz), the dim backlighting or more likely a combination of the two. At this point im taking it back.
