I was looking for a tv with a web browser and this one doesn't have one at all. I'm pretty sure somewhere I read there was a web browser. I was disappointed but besides that it's a great tv

Brightness is fantastic. You never really have to go above 30 on the volume, which I love since it can always get louder. Only downer is I haven't found the manual power button, input etc, but that what the remote is for until I lose it lol

Have had the tv for about 3 months now and have no complaints at all! It has worked well for our family.

This TV is satisfactory in all respects. It doesn't stand out of a crowd in that it is neither amazing nor terrible. The picture is clear enough, the refresh rate adequate, and the built-in sound tolerable. Overall I am content with this purchase.

The unit itself has an amazing picture/sound. The apps are another story - still no Hulu app so we have our Apple TV hooked up to a smart TV... explain that one to your friends.

Purchased this item when it was on sale and I love my new TV! It was easy to set up and looks sleek. The response time is quick. The only thing that I'm not too happy about is that I'm not able to watch HULU since there is no app for it on this TV.

The television itself is a quality build. However, the SMART function leaves much to be desired. It doesn't have the Google Play store. It doesn't move exceptionally fast between apps/TV. I'd estimate that 5% of the time it doesn't respond to the remote. Once the entire television froze and could not be turned off via remote or power button. That being said, if the cost was $50-$100 less and the SMART function was removed, or if it were a larger size television without the SMART function I would recommend this set without caveat. As it is, however, I can only give a tepid recommendation and say that it should perform better or cost less money.

My speaker went out on my Samsung tv and since there were a few things I didn't like about the Samsung I decided on a Sony because the last Sony I had lasted for about 25 years! Looking forward to a lot of great years watching this new tv!

Kind of hard to figure out by myself , wish the service man do have explained aliittle more but sometimes you get the service you should have asked for , before it's to late , and the man that was suppose to help is already gone.

Not using in a usual set up (connected to two separate computers in a show room - HDMI 1 and 2) but it has worked just fine so far and no issues detecting the connection from video card with HDMI and Universal Docking Station with same (Hiro).

After research I knew my minimum requirements. With the associate's help I reviewed my options and we are thrilled with our purchase. Without his help I would have purchased a TV that would have not worked for us. Thanks Best Buy.

It took a lot of adjustments to get a decent picture on this tv. Picture loses clarity when viewed from the side and up close. The stand is cheap plastic and doesn't support the tv well. For the sale price, it will do.

Solid product from Sony as usual. I have had other TV brands go out within a couple years. All my Sony TV's are still going. One complaint, they should've made the power cord longer to allow for installation flexibility.

we went in to the store to by the equivalent Samsung, but the salesperson pointed out that we would get more for our money with Sony. after we set it up, it was defective but we brought it back and did an exchange in a matter of minutes.

Bought as a gift, I consisted all comparable options very heavy, put in great thought pre-purchase and both myself and the gift recipient are very happy with the turnout. Sony, even after all this time is still unmatched for TV's

Bought this for our Florida rental. The renters are very happy with it. It was a bit of a struggle for us to get together and working, but we are not very electronic minded. Once it was up and going no problems

I was looking for a new tv at about $500, and this gave me everything I was looking for. Integrated well with my Xbox, bluray, universal remote, and sound system.

Great tv overall, but its not really a smart tv. The only smart thing about it is that it offers Netflix which is great but kinda bad marketing saying that it is smart but only offers one service of smart.

Kind of nice picture, not as clear as the Visio 42" we replaced. This might be our other equipment. We have DirecTv, standard broadcast not HiDef. It could be the signal received through our DVR receiver.

I having two issues one is Screen Mirroring from my iPad will not connect to the TV and you have limited apps to choice from and no way to add new apps. Both could be user error. I would buy this set again.
