An Ok Sony product

It was not a most expensive however I was expecting more from Sony. Specifically, the quality of the sound and image quality can be greatly improved

Not what I expected.

Even though it has the latest firmware upgrade, every command is too slow to respond, you do not know if it is a failure or the "normal" operation itself, also it lacks the web browser feature.
