    Smart TV bUt has no way to browse the internet like my other Smart TV's. Very disappointing Sony.

    Nice tv besides the picture quality

    I just replaced my LG 40" which had a clean and crisp picture with this Sony I was excited to get home and set it up because I was told at the store tv was great and really clean crisp picture and the price u couldn't beat but after set up at home and I turn on the game and it's grainy and blurry and all the channels appear like if there not in HD. I Tried every channel for hours and all the same. Heart breaking but I will be returning

    NO CHANNEL GUIDE

    I just set up this new TV. I cannot believe this new Smart TV has no channel Guide!!! Even my 10 year old LG Plasma TV has a channel Guide. I bought this for my Wife for the bedroom. She has to come downstairs to look at the channel guide on our old LG to see what programs are coming up. On this new TV she has to scroll thru all the channels. I might have to return it!!

    Unhappy customer

    Bought this T.V and two weeks to the day of purchase it stopped working. I went in to buy a Samsung that was on sale and the sales rep recommended this open box unit. I asked why it was returned and he told me because the screws were missing for the stand and that they inspect every item that is returned before it goes back on the floor. My tv won't turn on, it made no noise wasn't acting funny just stopped working. I called since I purchased the Geek Squad warranty and was told to bring it up. When I got there they told me I SHOULD NOT have brought it up they would have sent someone to the house. Now I have to wait 2 or more weeks and was told if they can't repair my TV then I need to buy a new one a pay the difference since it was an open box unit!!!! I'm agrivated and if they find it can't be fixed I WANT A FULL REFUND!!!

    Recently bought this TV on sale and I must admit it is fairly good for the price but does not have the apps that we were so used to from the previous tv that broke, unfortunately we are going to exchange this one for a different brand for the same price with all the popular apps that were available from what we were so accustomed to. Also it is not user friendly for those who are not as tech savy; the ease of use for this for those who doesn't want to poke around the features and settings are down right confusing. Not only is it difficult to configure the suitable settings for your needs but also harder to find a product key to sync an app with. It's not worth the trouble so I suggest going to the store and test out the product yourselves before purchasing.

    I've had this TV for only one day and I'm so disgusted with the overall performance. I thought Sony was making a big turn around in their products in getting back to a high quality product which is where they were several years ago. Unless you have a sound bar or external speaker system DO NOT buy this TV. You have to turn up the volume to near max just to hear. The aspect ratio controls and design are not well thought out. When watching on demand the picture defaults to 4:3. You then need to adjust to wide zoom to fill up the entire screen. When you exit on demand into broadcast you must change back to wide full for normal viewing.

    This is NOT a smart tv! It has no browser. it only connects to a group mof PAY PER VIEW movie sites. Thet know that this is a problem, but refuse to change the ad. '

    Had a Sony TV before and loved it but not this one! Stopped working after a few days. Had a return to the store. What a hassle!
