Very clear picture. My first oled and it is amazing. Blacks are deep. You can view this television at an angle. Easy set up. Get 1!

Crystal clear and vibrant colors, sharp definition - best picture ever. Sound quality is very good without a sound bar and controls are easy to use.

It's a great TV picture is beautiful for the price but I'll never by another android/Google TV again. The constant freezing, unable to turn it off when it freezes, it's always laggy it's just been frustrating. Sadly i can't exchange it but omg never again. I've never had this issue with any other tvs. My 75 sonny doesn't even do this so it's definitely the google/android portion.

Best possible 48" TV you can buy. The picture is truly outstanding compared to any TV I've owned in my life. As I have limited space and a narrow stand, the sturdy and elegant pedestal stand fit perfectly. No flimsy and unsightly legs spread wide apart. With the incredible sale price reduction for this Sony OLED TV, it should already be sold out. The only feature of next year's model I may miss is ATSC 3.0 (4k broadcasting). But with 4k upscaling of this model, it likely will not be noticed and missed.

I love the clarity, dynamic range and speed of response of the TV. The sound capabilities of the associated HT-ST5000 sound bar matches the TV's hi performance. The one serious negative is the remote control. It should be backlit and also larger to allow increased physical separation between functions.

This is a beautiful TV and state of the art streaming device. It has a built in web browser and is a fully capable Android device. I can even plug in a mouse and keyboard to its USB port to facilitate browsing. It is one very smart TV. It's almost unfair to call it a TV- it's really an audio/video computer. And its a Sony which in my experience means it has a long lifetime. This is my 3rd straight Sony TV- the previous ones lasted 15+ years and were only replaced because they became technologically obsolete.

The picture is absolutely amazing! I never had an OLED TV before, seeing colors never seen on my 4K UHD. Amazed at a reasonable price!

This is a great TV - fantastic color. Not over bright or "poppy". The speakers are built into the screen area of the tv, eliminating the need for a sound bar.

I bought this to replace an LED 4K tv that wasn’t playing nice with my soundbar, and which has driven me crazy for years with blocky, awful blacks. This was a pricey purchase for me, and I crossed my fingers. All I can say is WOW!!!! The picture on this TV is absolutely spectacular. And it (not surprisingly) is controlling my Sony soundbar perfectly (hope I don’t jinx it). This one required a big gulp to spend on, but man, it is worth every penny. Just an exquisite picture.

I am so happy with this tv! Awesome picture and so easy to use! I love the "home page". It's easy to maneuver between my favorite apps and shows.

OLED>LED. If you can afford to pay the extra price I wouldn't hesitate. LED is good, but if the details matter you'll want to go this route.

Never thought Id hate any electronics item this much. My samsung fried so I decided Id get a Sony after the poor durability of the last tv. The pic is ok on the Sony but, the reception is complete crap, even my shop insignia gets better reception, the software is horrible, taking you back thru too many steps every time you pause too long or switch off and on, also the tv wont turn on 1 out of 5 times bc its rebooting. The remote needs to be held just right to turn tv on and change chanels, and last ytf!!? didnt they make this a 50" so it would have fit the same cabinet as my old tvs?

was deciding between this and samsung as my last tv was a samsung. the picture quality and ease of use is 10 times better then any samsung product

Good size for my limited space. Watching Star Wars with oled was a treat. Space and Darth Vader look extra dark which enhanced my viewing experience.

Sony OLED TV's are the best available. While everyone understands that the picture is excellent, many do not understand how superb the sound is which flows out from the screen. If you have any trouble hearing or understanding the spoken word in movies or shows, Sony OLED may be your answer!

Incredible upgrade over my Old TV. I use an Antenna (as I do not have Cable), and thus tv greatly increased the number of channels I now receive. Used to only get about 24 in the tv this replaced, now I get 55. I had no idea that the TV itself would have that great if an effect on what the antenna would receive and transmit through the tv. Of course being an OLED tv it is a significant picture quality upgrade to my old standard picture TV. Perfect size for the space constraints where this is set up. Had a 40 inch and this 48 inch is still perfect!!!

Great black and white contrast and color very vibrant. Lot of fine tuning available with this monitor. Enjoy watching hi-def movies at home.

Love our tv in our room has great speakers and user friendly. Sony is great always

T picture out of the Box is excellent. Cons are no HDMI 2.1 outputs. Remote is easy to use. Sound bar would help.
