So far this TV has a great picture. I really enjoy the picture quality and the sound from the speakers is not too bad, But of course a sound bar or a sound system is much better. The built in apps and the ability to add new apps is a huge plus for me. (I have an older 4K Sony Bravia that only works with the installed apps.) Gaming is pretty good but there is an ever so slight delay. Even on Game Mode picture settings…. But I’m running Fiberoptic internet so I’m still working on this piece of the puzzle…

This is the finest TV we’ve ever owned. The remote is great. We used to use an Apple TV console; however, this TV has made that unnecessary. We were able to download the streaming services, including Apple TV to the TV itself and now we only use the remote that came with the TV. it is an amazing, easy to use remote. The picture quality and sound is amazing. Time will tell about its durability.

Clean, clear picture. It is looking thru a window and actually being there. OLED is the best.

Super clear and sharp. We toned it down to around 70% clarity/sharpness since 100% was way too sharp (you can see all the fine wrinkles of a person and it just looked weird for us). Volume was good for a small and flat tv. Was able to sync my phone to watch dramas and movies to the tv. Netflix, Apple TV, Hulu compatible,

We just purchased this 48" Sony Bravia OLED tv yesterday. Setting up as quite easy and our apps loaded in a snap. The picture quality is far superior to our old Samsung LED and as far as 48" size it's not that noticeable from our old 50". Also, the sound quality is so good we didn't bother hooking our sound bar. Highly recomment this tv unconditionally.

This Sony tv is the best I have ever owned. The colors are so vivid and true to life. Sony presents the sound as coming from all parts of the front of the tv screen! I thought that a sound bar would have to be installed as my previous sets required. But my two weeks of viewing tells me the sound is amazing! I highly recommend this Sony tv with its beautiful 4k picture!

My first OLED and the build quality, and of course picture, looks MUCH better than my other Sony models which include the new X90J. I wish all SONY models had this build quality. I like the Android platform, compared to the Google on the New X90S, and other 2021 models. Although this OLED does not have the new XR processor - But, will I be able to tell any difference?

Excellent OLED TV. The setup of was not straight forward and a bit convoluted because Sony does not supply a printed User Guide (some of us actually still like printed material). This information needs to be searched out on the internet. I was however able to figure things out and absolutely love the crisp picture and saturated color that this TV produces.

Great picture ! The remote control is very easy to navigate . My lg cannot compare with this sony tv.

I purchased the 55" version of this TV in 2020 and it quickly became my favorite TV. I owned LG OLED TVs but I find the colors are better on Sony OLEDs. When this 48" TV was offered at less that half the price I paid for the 55", I decided to buy another Sony. This TV is a Sony Master Series TV so little things like the remote is higher quality.

Simply amazing! Only “downside” is that I have had to go back and watch all my favorite LOTR, Star Wars, GOT series to see what I missed before getting this marvelous TV. The stunning colors, detail, and depth of black are everything they promised. Also very happy with the sound
