It was better than what I hope for I'm well pleased It has some functions that I was not aware of As always Sony knocks it out the park I recommend it pick one up

I had a sony bravia and lived it, and it still worked...but i wanted to upgrade. After swapping out etc...yoy definitely can tell the picture quality difference. Amazing

I jumped on this when the price dropped $300 and it was only $50 more than the LG 48" CX Oled. I currently own 2 LG Oled's, 55" and 65". This major difference is the Sony has an extremely dark picture, especially in 4k Dolby Vision. I cannot get the Sony picture to "pop" like the LG. Another area where the Sony falls short is the picture with 480 content. Watching episodes of Mash from iTunes results in something I haven't seen since the days of plasma: Clay face. The picture looks overly processed and just doesn't look good. I'm most likely going to return this and get the LG CX. Don't get me wrong. 4K is stunning on this panel (as it is on the LG). The dimness of the picture and the poor 480p processing falls short of the LG. I have this panel in the master bedroom, where I can blackout the room. Even then, it's a dark picture after calibrating.

I purchased this TV on sale, so that influences my review. 1080 broadcast and streaming looks great! 4K programming looks outstanding! The only downside is with <1080 signals as the upscaling can be somewhat disappointing. It varies, sometimes it’s OK, sometimes not so good. This, I was told by the sales guy, is because this model is the low end of Sony’s OLED line and doesn’t have their best upscaling capability. The 2023 model has improved upscaling, but also costs $500 bucks more. I’m satisfied with my purchase.

The picture is great but the description Best Buy has on this TV is incorrect. There is no HDMI 2.0 ports and the production year is 2020.

Love the 48 OLED! Picture and Colors are spectacular! Overall very happy! Remote does not illuminate, so hard to see at night….other than that no complaints! SONY 48 OLED FOR THE WIN

This TV is replacing a dying Samsung 46" set. The quality of the picture is excellent in all aspects. The remote is of very sturdy construction and is a pleasure to use.

Can't get better than this ! Colors are vibrant. Sound is so good , I really don't need the sound bar !

This tv is pretty amazing. The images are sharp and the colors are fabulous. I’m hard of hearing, but the way the sound comes out really makes a difference. Top notch.

Loved it. Finally found something worth of my money. Everything about it is just perfect. Get to enjoy my favorite shows, novels and more, great quality and sound just perfect.

This Sony TV has amazing picture quality even with standard cable TV connections. It would do amazing with 4K video or 4k DVD. Sound is excellent through he TV's speakers.

Stunning picture, and it is unbelievably thin. If you have an older smart TV, this will be like the difference between an airplane and a spaceship.

I recently purchased 2 of these for me and my father who’s hard of hearing. Not only is the picture clarity awesome. The picture is the speaker. It makes listening easier for my Dad whose hard of hearing. Smart TV capabilities are easy and intuitive for him as well. Wait for a sale as this TV is pricey.

Love it! I purchased my old Sony, 48” Bravia XBR, 240hz, from Best Buy 10 years ago. Never had any issues. So I upgraded to OLED Bravia. What a picture!

The Sony Bravia is absolutely an awesome T V ! We are able to live stream everything! The clarity and color are fantastic!

For brightness (Sony has a rep for being dark...not this one) color, clarity, sharpness, blacks, and sound without a soundbar, it's by far the best TV I've had.

Have had many Sony XBR's over the years. This is by far the best.
