It requires daily unplugging and replugging as it freezes every day. When it doesn't freeze, it is delayed in responding to opening an app to watch anything other than youtubetv. The sound is bad, requiring us to turn it way up and then it vibrates voices of shows playing. It is the worst. I am going to find a new tv today and just replace it. I really thought SONY was a good brand, but I don't appreciate having to unplug and replug daily because it crashes all the time.
