We purchased a Sony 55 inch TV. We were told by the Spectrum representative that we would not need to purchase a Spectrum box because this was our 3rd TV and we already had 2 boxes. When the TV was delivered, we found that we could not get the spectrum station because it was a Sony TV and it did not have the compatible software. We would need a Roku firestick to get the Spectrum signal. If we had purchased another TV it would be ok . I feel that the salesperson who sold us the TV should have informed us of this.

I've had this tv for about 18 months and it is the worst. It requires daily unplugging and replugging as it freezes every day. When it doesn't freeze, it is delayed in responding to opening an app to watch anything other than youtubetv. The sound is bad, requiring us to turn it way up and then it vibrates voices of shows playing. It is the worst. I am going to find a new tv today and just replace it. I really thought SONY was a good brand, but I don't appreciate having to unplug and replug daily because it crashes all the time.

Love this TV!! I’m a Sony person, I’ve always wanted an Oled but was reluctant for multiple reasons. When I needed a new TV for the Den (smaller room than family room) I thought it would be perfect! It was, the 48” size for that room was a great decision and that with the Oled picture I find myself gravitating to it more and more.

Compared to my last TV I'm flabergasted.It's amazing.

Great TV for the value. Lots of new technology like Dolby Vision. I recommend setting the Peak Luminance to High to get the best brightness. Movies in 4K HDR with the lights out make it feel just like you were in the theater. Great deal for a long lasting brand

From the initial sales contact to the installation of our new Sony Bravia - 48" TV, our experience with Best Buy's personal has been A-1. The installers who came to our residence today were polite, well groomed, and efficient. They were very willing to explain the new TV and answered any and all questions we offered.

Very satisfied with our 48” Bravia TV. Have had some problems with cutting out (snow and than black) Still don’t know if it was the Tv or ATT!! When I called ATT they told me everything was alright!?! Could it have been the TV? Now it’s working but what should I do if it happens again??? Please let me know.

Camille Ledoux and Daniel Rainey did and outstanding job help my wife & me upgrade our A/V system. Camille spent 2 hours with us to understand our upgrade needs. Daniel installed the new units and did so effectively & efficiently. Best Buy rocks!!

My experience at Best Buy was a good one. We purchased an open box TV. The sales person was well-versed in the product and friendly. The TV was inspected by the Geek Patrol and fully guaranteed. It was easy to install at home. All of our questions were answered accurately and promptly.

good tv but a little dark,great size bt wish it had xr.

This is a much upgraded TV from my previous one, and is located in our guest bedroom. Geek Squad installed it along with a wall mount. Overall quite happy with this new Sony, with the exception of sound. Considering adding a sound bar for voice clarity.

Already had a 75 inch Sony in the den and liked it so much that we got a 48 inch Sony for the bedroom. Much more pleased with it than we were with the other brand we had in there.

The TV system, the washer and dryer, among other products I have bought at Best Buy, are superb. They were delivered when promised and the staff in the store bent over backwards to give me excellent service. They were very well trained Ed and thoughtful.

Sony products are the best. Perfect color and fit in medium -sized family room.

Has been very good. Has a great clear picture. One I would recommend.

Good quality image. Dramatic improvement over the LED we tried first.

We wanted a high quality TV for our 40 in cabinet that did not require special mounting or a sound bar. We also needed the sound to project forward instead of being muffled backward into the cabinet. This TV fit our needs.
