This is the best quality tv i have ever owned. I worked with Jeff Stanley and he spent a lot of time answering questions and he helped when i then changed my mind and bought an even nicer tv. He should be rewarded for his diligence.

The back panel is extremely difficult to take off. We had to plug in a hearing device to help with the audio for a person in the home who has hearing loss. The rear panel was almost impossible to take off. No one at Best Buy was able to help us because all TV's on display have the back panels off! Frustrating!

Love this TV! Got it on sale and it is perfect for our living room. First Sony TV and it won't be the last. OLED is so sharp and blacks are the blackest :) Highly recommend

We love this set. However, once set up, it turned itself off every 15 minutes. We contacted the Sony warranty number and the set was fixed remotely and there have been no recurrences.

Top quality. Know what you are doing. Good OLED panel and processor, as of the time of purchase. Can sustain definition for many years.

Outstanding picture quality, good sound out of tv speakers. But starting from the first day I used the TV, the tv would constantly lose connection to WiFi while I was streaming content from AppleTV or other apps. In a three hour period the tv lost wifi connection over 10x. Did a software refresh and that didn’t fix. So I started watching the same content on my older Samsung TV, no problems whatsoever. The second day I returned the TV. My recommendation is NOT to buy this TV. I returned for the LG OLED48C1PUB and it works flawlessly out of the box. Picture is equally as good as the Sony. TV sound is actually slightly better than the Sony (can hear voices better). Beware of the tV’s WIFi connectivity instability.

Working away from home so I need it something small for gaming. Lady at Best Buy recommended a Sony tv would work best with the ps5. Graphics and resolution are great.

Our 4 yr old Sony Bravia had the black screen of death - -but we decided to give Sony another try. Maybe because we have had 3 Sony's in the past 15 years - -this was a breeze to set up.

Great viewing in any light. I have several Samsung QLED Tv and they are really good but the Sony has a touch higher realism.

It has great quality, picture, sound and is a good size.

This TV looks great right out of the box! Not much calibration needed since it's a master series. Highly recommended.

This is my second Sony Bravia. Last one lasted 15 years with constant use. This is the only brand I buy. More expensive than other brands but well worth it.

Great product and service. Purchased 8 Sony Smart QLED TV's for my custom built home and all were delivered on time as scheduled. They are now all installed and working great!

Got good advice from Bill Crocker, Best Buy's In-Home Consultant. Glad I bought the Sony TV and the Apple computer. Both Geek Squads were helpful and professional with the installations.
