The first two have been absolutely trouble free. I just know this Bravia is just as good if not better. The OLED screen is clear and the colors pop. Looks better that real life.

It has a wide variety of apps. The sound is emitted from the entire screen so it appears more realistic. the sound and pictures are automatically adjusted to the room environment so if the room is bright the picture will appear brighter, etc.

The picture is phenomenal and with the JBL soundbar that we also purchased from Best Buy the sound is fantastic. As always with Best Buy, the purchasing experience and delivery and set up were top notch. Now I'm looking to replace the TV in the bedroom.

Sometimes it doesn’t bring picture up and sends me to a confusing screen. I keep the Sony remote handy, but prefer to use the remote given to me by my program provider. Sound without picture is frustrating.
