Not much difference than a HDTV, unless watching in true 4K. Worth paying a bit extra for, but still way over priced.

The A90K has pre-installed apps such as YouTube, Netflix, etc. and many of the existing streaming apps which can be downloaded using the built-in Google Play Store. Please note that you can only download apps compatible with your TV, and they may differ from apps for mobile devices. As for connectivity, we recommend that you use high speed HDMI cable to connect your input devices. Hope this helps, -Craig

The Google Tv operating system was a determining factor. The menu system is relatively easy to use for everyone in theee household.

The remote is overly complicated. It doesn’t have buttons to access locals channels, instead pulling up an on screen menu. The picture is excellent and comparable to the LG. Given the higher price for the Sony I wish I had bought another LG.

Nice TV. Delivery not so much.

We waited 12 hours, and they arrived after 8:30 PM, hurriedly set up the TV, which they did correctly, but gave us about 30 seconds training and the remote still doesn't work like it did on our old set.
