Many shows are frustrating to watch because the scenes are too dark to see what’s going on, even in a dark room. Also, if you use a soundbar (as most of us do), the volume goes way up during commercials and there’s no way to level it. You’re forced to mute constantly. I will never buy a Sony this size again with its cheap, scaled down parts. I will buy Samsung instead. This model is definitely NOT worth the money.

Never Get An Open Box

The item should have arrived on Monday. I called to cancel it in Monday as it state the label was the only thing generated and never arrived. I had an appointment today knowing I wouldnt be home to sign. Well, they delivered what was supposed to be a TV today to my neighbor. The box had come open, they had no styrofoam to hold it in place. They put it in an oversized box and all they did was bubble wrap it. The stand was bent and the side of the TV was smashed. Who does stuff like this?? Someone that doesn’t care about a $1100 product or the customer. Unreal!! I hope they charge the store that sent it to me! I asked for a pick up from UPS, because I would be embarrassed for Best Buy to have other customers see this. Never again!!

They didnt have TV
