We love our new smart TV. Set up was quite easy... the TV is so smart it almost sets up itself. Love the fact that we can hook in with our bluetooth headset. The color crispness is amazing compared to our other TV.... very high quality picture. So easy to jump from cable TV to Streaming.

Purchased 48" A90 BB Excellent Open Box: Loved the deep black Blacks, vibrant, realistic Sony colors. Also tried the LG C4 which was better overall, but not close in color replications IMHO. Loved Sony's simple backlit remote as well! Returned Sony because: !. tv froze 2nd time, and had to unplug to unfreeze; !!. bubbles on display screen, that did not affect performance, but annoying just the same; !!!. chaotic app format... iv. not interested in talking with tech support right out the box; v. cannot figure out why tv 2022 model still?? vi. screen just TOO dark; Probably would have kept unit if not for the freezing issue.

I love this tv...the color is bright and beautiful and the tv stand is a type that I can live with...too bad that the 55 inch does not have this type of stand

Absolutely amazing! The picture on this TV is unbelievably clear. The blacks are pitch dark, the colors pop and are accurate, and the overall quality of the ui is amazing. The 48" is a PERFECT size for the 4k HDR resolution without compromising image quality.

The picture is beautiful, the remote is seamless and so easy to use. Voice activation is excellent but putting the stand on took some time and so did set up. I would highly recommend! Love it and I have no regrets.

I am really enjoying my 48 inch Sony 0LED television. It has a great picture and it makes the old shows look terrific. We only have Sony TVs. But this is our first 0LED television. I wouldn’t buy anything else from this point on.

Sony has the best OLED out there. Period. The A90k looks phenomenal out of the box. I compared this to an LG C2 and although the LG is good, the Sony has the out of the box picture you don't need to fuss with to make look amazing. The tonal range was great. I could see detail in the Sony in dark images that could not be viewed on the LG without turning down brightness and contrast. The Android OS is simple and straightforward. Sony's weakness used to be their operating system but that is no longer an issue and I actually prefer their system to LG, which is a huge surprise because I used to prefer it over Sony and Samsung. Motion is smooth and fluid. I thought the LG would edge out the Sony in terms of motion but they were equally great. LG may have an edge if you are considering using a TV as a PC monitor. The acoustic panel behind the screen is also a plus for me. I didn't know what kind of difference having the sound coming directly out of the screen would make but it is hard to listen to content from any other TV now! Overall, the Sony A90K is the best Oled TV you can buy right now for a great, effortless out of the box image.

Love my new Sony 75" flat screen TV. Sony has mastered this technology and it shows in every crisp, colorful and detailed picture. Watching football is just awesome!

I live in a smallish condominium and this 48" Sony is just right for my living room. It's a replacement for a Samsung that died after many years. Setup wasn't complicated though it would have been nice to have actual verbiage accompany the illustrations that show how to attach the stand. Having an extra set of hands will be helpful. The picture is great; sound is on-par with a flat-screen TV so I also purchased a Sony HT-S400 sound bar. The remote control that comes with the TV is extremely basic and you'll probably want to also purchase the Insignia-branded universal remote device made specifically for Sony TVs. You can enable Google TV (with Google Assistant) which sort of takes over the set. If you want to use the supplied apps (like Netflix) you'll need to enable it; otherwise, you might want to keep it shut off. All in all, very happy with the purchase.

Picture is perfect out of the box, color does not look fake and saturated, skin tone is realistic. I don't need to fine tune color, gamma, contrast, and etc. Sound quality is OK, good enough for TV news. I don't use TV speakers anyhow. TV remote control is OK, though I bought a cheap replacement TV remote control from Amazon as a backup. Usually I use Apple wireless keyboard and USB wireless mouse to control the TV, especially for searching YouTube video. I am a small guy, the TV is not too heavy for me to unbox it. I read the manual and made a step-by-step plan so that I could set up the TV on table top all by myself, no injury. I highly recommend this TV to videophile.

I purchased this to use as a PC monitor and TV for my home office. The setup was mostly easy save for a connection issue between the TV and the 3090TI. It turned out to be a firmware issue on EVGA's side and I sorted it by going back to the standard bios vs. the XOC version. On to the TV...what an incredible beauty this thing is. It has the stunning picture quality Sony is known for, menus are responsive and easy to navigate, and the content available via Pluto TV, Disney+, ESPN, and Apple TV make it a winner. My only gripe is they don't have the Spectrum app. Video editing in Premiere Pro 4k HDR is as awesome as it should be. Colors correction and grading are accurate and being able to edit in full 4k is helpful. The screen res is also right to give enough real estate. Gaming is on another level. I've had multiple 1440p monitors from Alienware, Samsung Super Ultra Wide, and LG 32ins for iRacing. This one is by far the best. I have no lag enabling Gsync (it's not hardware-enabled, but works well in 120hz VRR mode) and COD/Destiny 2 have never looked better. This is a winner!!

This OLED tv has great picture, superb sound and easy to set up and operate. The installers were knowledgeable and friendly offering many useful tips on its operation. Overall a good buy and install!

Fantastic picture quality but not super straightforward for setting up as a monitor. Had to adjust quite a few settings and mess with GPU settings too in order to get it to push 120Hz. After that, it worked great and is just a beautiful display.

Best TV I've ever had. The picture quality is absolutely perfect. This TV sound is so good, you will not need a separate sound bar. I'm very happy with my new Sony TV.

GREAT PICTURE. This Sony Bravia was so easy to set up by yourself. This is our first smart TV and it and was simple to follow the directions It gave. It had to fit in existing cabinet and it did with 1/2" to spare . Perfect for us.

Great medium size TV with an amazing picture. Setup was a breeze. The picture looks great in a bright room or darker setting. The options provide easy setup of all our attached devices.

The picture on the TV is really impressive. And the sound is OK without a sound bar. It has already had to be replaced with a new unit by SONY. This after MONTHS of spending hours with support to fix a problem that ultimately wasn't fixable (they said bad motherboard). But that was not before subtly accusing the internet provide, the streaming provider and ME of all being the problem first. I spent hours moving routers, checking lag times, rebooting, clearing caches, taking to internet and streaming providers as I was secondhand accusing them of causing the problems. And the TV STILL can't seem to keep the picture and the sound synced so lips move but not when voices are heard. Oh well...and now the replacement unit is making clicking noises (similar to the sounds of "on/off" when the TV is off! Got an extended warranty for al my trouble so we will see if the new one makes it to Nov. Now for BEST BUY. Hated the experience-actually enjoyed my recent dental visit more. The sales guy was...a jerk...in a word (the kindest one I could think of). He was all friendly until I refused the $200 member plan or whatever it is. Then he became disinterested and actually quite dismissive and RUDE. He did hang in there long enough to take the credit card. But once that was done, he offered ZERO information about my delivery. nothing, NADA. Filled out the requested feedback form and a manager wanted to "hear more" except never reached back out or was available, The store had some sort of a sign about their achievements-all fake news I am thinking. NYC can be a tough place in a lot of ways but to spend $1500 bucks on a 48" TV (If I bought a different brand it would have been 1/3 the price) and be treated like trash wasn't really on my agenda that day, I should have just walked out-so that part is on me. Won't accept that kind of abuse again.

We purchased this TV to replace a Samsung we bought last year that was defective and not working properly. So far we like all the features it has and the picture is very clear. The colors are vibrant and crisp. We give this tv a thumbs up so far.

Have had for over a year now (open box) and it continues to perform flawlessly. Excellent picture and viewing angles; perfect size for my space.

The TV is top notch for a 22 model by Sony The audio the picture wonderful no complaints I love the illuminated remote control Everything is smooth flowing when you move in from app to app and it's great for your video games if you're A Video game player I recommend it
