No previous channel. Slow if using the mouse to toggle from on station to another. You have to select the guide, then select the numbers butter then select each number. Always telling me low battries when brand new Duracell are installed

It has a wide variety of apps. The sound is emitted from the entire screen so it appears more realistic. the sound and pictures are automatically adjusted to the room environment so if the room is bright the picture will appear brighter, etc.

The picture is phenomenal and with the JBL soundbar that we also purchased from Best Buy the sound is fantastic. The first two have been absolutely trouble free. I just know this Bravia is just as good if not better. The OLED screen is clear and the colors pop. Looks better that real life.

Plenty of options to personalize it to your liking. The speakers are fine, although I have it hooked up to a seperate sound system. I'd buy it again if I needed a 2nd TV.
