The picture is on another level everything reproduced accurately

Nice TV

One problem is it was missing all the screws to put the pedestal on the bottom of the tv, so I had to return the tv and for a replacement tv because Best buy lost all the screws. Do not know if I would recommend buying an open box tv from best buy. Always some kind of issue with open box TVS from best buy.

The TV speakers are disappointing in comparison. Trying to connect existing HDMI plugs from previous TV was difficult when mounted on the equipment unit’s post. Should connect BEFORE hanging

Sometimes it doesn’t bring picture up and sends me to a confusing screen. I keep the Sony remote handy, but prefer to use the remote given to me by my program provider. Sound without picture is frustrating.

As she always believed it was a waste of money. But once she sawed it everything changed. She ended up paying part of the tv so that i would move it to the living room

Our last Sony TV lasted over 10 years - and actually still works great, but could not handle streaming on-line. We have not had any issues with the new one. We expect it to last for 10 years too.

I own a Master series in a 65” and was needing basically the same tv but in smaller size for bedroom. This OLED has the awesome picture and performance of my bigger set. I would definitely recommend. It is a real value for the price.
